East Side Bagel & Appetizing

Awful service. 2 hrs for a bagel. Told me delivery guy must have been detained by the police on his way to my apt. Laughable.

Very fast delivery. Love the breakfast sandwiches. Asked for a bread substitution that wasn't offered on their menu, and they made it without an additional fee.

Terrible service today with Eastside. There was a 15-30 min delivery estimate and after 45 minutes I called and was told the food just left. After another 15 minutes of waiting,I called back and was told it should be there any second. 10 minutes later I still didn't have food. I called to cancel my order and the manager said he would refund my purchase but he never did. Oh, and I am 5 blocks away...7 minutes walking. Stay away from this place. Terrible service and their food wasn't good. We asked to have our bagels toasted and they wernt.

Ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and lox. What arrived looked more like a miniature version of what I was expecting - the bagel was small and contained barely any lox or cream cheese. Furthermore the bit of lox present was overly fishy in smell and taste - it was old. My sandwich was terribly overpriced for what I received. I'm never ordering from here again.
