East Side Eatery

We ordered from East Side Eatery this morning and received a confirmation email. One hour passed and the food did not arrive so I called the restaurant. They "claimed" there was a problem with Seamless and only just received the order and it would be arriving shortly. When I said that was not acceptable, they said it was not their problem in a gruff manner. When our food still did not arrive after an hour and a half and we called again, they claimed never to have received our order, despite the confirmation email (which comes from the restaurant, not Seamless), and they had already been paid. The individual on the phone was incredibly rude, suggesting I "call Seamless, sweetheart." I sincerely hope this business fails - what horrible, dishonest thieves!

Ordered extra crispy home fries and got one side over cooked and the other side mushy. Omelette with cheese and broccoli and had no cheese and so much broccoli the eggs were green. Not worth the money

Pasta Bolognese (dinner only) is great!! It came with a side of fresh greens. One if my favorite dishes.

Ordered breakfast from here. Ordered two omelettes which were only ok. They came with potatoes on the side which were barely cooked. Ordered from here because of the discount, but definitely not worth it.

Soup was very watered down and salty. I ordered a side of fries with my a turkey club because the sandwiches aren't listed to include french fries - turns out they do and I ended up with two. As a general rule, beware of restaurants whose menus are incredibly long, like this one - they simply can't get it all right.

Delivery was fast and food was hot and good. "Real" maple syrup wasn't real at all--just HFCS/sugar.

After two bites was unable to eat my meal. The food had no flavor and not fresh. The pastries are processed and in a wrapper not made on site. I will never order from here again.

Cobb salad is poorly prepared. The produce used was not fresh. The flavor of the bacon and chicken were dominated by the taste of a grease-y grill. I ordered french fries as well. Everyone has their personal preference with this food item; these were not my favorite. They were the bare bones type that have a rubbery, thin outside with a thick, potato-y inside.

Terrible service! I ordered a sandwich and a juice and the juice spilled all over the sandwich. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund and was told that all they could do was send me a new order. With no choices, I agreed. The new order arrived very fast...however, the juice had spilled again...all over my sandwich. NEVER AGAIN!

Salads rotten and unpleasant. The lamb gyro was fine but the Greek and Avocado salads were awful and we will not be ordering again.
