East Village Pizza & Kebab

This is my go-to pizza delivery. Nothing fancy, gourmet or "luxury," just a straight up, solid, NYC slice-joint pizza.

Open late, pizza is great, garlic knots are great. Their kebab and Mediterranean options are a little dry however.

This place is open really late and the people who work there are really nice to you if there is any problem. The pizza itself isn't great, kind of a thick crust which is uncommon in NY but the chicken kebab on pita is really good, as is most of their other menu items.

Okay, so aside from having absolutely the BEST neighborhood pizza in NYC, the owner totally takes care of you. He even made sure that the delivery man took note of my message, indicating that I'd like to be called instead of buzzed b/c it was too late / too loud for my neighbors -- and the Seamless receipt was covered in notes from the owner saying: "DO NOT BUZZ! PLEASE CALL!" So kind! I LOVE EV Pizza & Kebab!!!

Amazing. The pizza isn’t NY artisanal, but it’s totally reliable and comforting. The other portions of the menu have a lot to offer, too – sandwiches are big and filling, meat patties are great, pasta dishes are unfussy gut-bombs. For a neighborhood joint, I highly recommend it.

I have ordered seamless frequently over the last two years and have never before posted a review. Although my meal was not up to expectations, the manager of the restaurant went out of his way to make it right -- immediately issuing a refund and following up personally with me. I would give them another try.

ordered a late night gyro and received an extremely soggy pita salad with a few overcooked pieces of lunch old lamb. terrible. absolutely overpriced and terrible. the falafel sandwich was 95% cabbage carrots and lettuce. days old and dry. borderline inedible. Please look elsewhere when ordering online. rip off and unhealthy

All I got was a calzone with sausage added, and the garlic rolls. Comes with really messy sauce. Very good! I think the calzone tasted before as a leftover! It is huge! For the rolls, the garlic breath doesn't go away for a while - fair warning. Took about 45min max for delivery.
