I generally would never order a delivery burger but I wasn't in the pizza or Chinese mood so I went outside of my comfort zone for delivery food. The wait time was quoted on the website and in my email confirmation as 15-30 minutes, but my food arrived about 50 minutes later - and I had to call the restaurant to find out where it was after 30 minutes. Once the food arrived, the burger did not have ketchup on it already (which I suppose is good - to prevent sogginess) but the side ketchup they gave me was not enough for the burger and the accompanying fries. The burger was luke-warm to cold and generally not that tasty, although it was cooked medium like I asked. The fries are colder and overly greasy - not impressive. This isn't a big deal but I don't ask for utensils/napkins but they brought them anyway which seems wasteful and not really eco-friendly. All in all, the cost of the burger, a soda, and the tip and the poor delivery service/mediocrity of the food results in a generally low rating. Two stars awarded because the size of the burger was big and they also gave a lot of fries. I wouldn't order this dish again and would rethink ordering from Eatery.

The food is fine but we had serious problems with the delivery service. We had to call were told that our food was with our doorman, but we don't even have a doorman. It took several calls to get Eatery to send us our food. They thankfully gave us dinner for free but we will not be ordering from them again.

Normally Eatery is good, but not only was I given the wrong food the first time I ordered, but when I called and they re-delivered, they gave me the vegetarian version. I know dinnertime can be a rush, but really? How hard is it to make a salad with chicken in it?

Ordering from Eatery is indignifying. There are so many other superior restaurants in the area that actually deliver quality food on a consistent basis and treat their customers with basic respect. Don't waste your hard-earned money here, you deserve better. I tried to be a loyal customer but frankly after too many failings here is my current opinion: Inconsistent portion sizings, inconsistent quality and even inconsistent dishes, they almost always forget items from my order, very rude staff on phone, over-priced, low-value and ultimately, mediocre, food. I'm even trying to be nice here.

I've generally had good experiences with Eatery. Maybe they just had a bad night. Veggie quesadilla was greasy and inedible and soup mediocre at best. 32 bucks with a small slice of just ok key lime pie. Sorry, you lost me.

Food was absolutely delicious. I've eaten in person at Eatery several times, and the delivery is just as good as the dine-in experience. Unlike some of the vendors on seamless, they are HONEST about the delivery time frame. My food arrived within 30 minutes, and that included the mac-n-cheese with bacon/chicken that has to be baked. Excellent food, high prices, but in this case you get what you pay for. A+ from me.

Poor Quality Overall. I ordered and have eaten at Eatery before usually picking the Asian Chicken Salad. I ordered it today and it was pretty much inedible. Other items on their menu are hit or miss including their tahitian vanilla cake. I'd advise to stay away - there are much better places out there.

The food quality at Eatery is second to none. Delivery time is reasonable and I have put in several large corporate orders with them with no mix ups or problems. People I know who have had mistakes in their orders have had the problems rectified quickly and are very satisfied with the results.

Our order: Mediterranean entrée salad & Summer salad. The Mediterranean entrée salad came with 3 olives and the smallest portion of chicken I've ever seen. Sorry, Eatery - 3 ovlies are not enough for a "Mediterranean" salad. The Summer salad is essentially a pile of frisee, two small slices of pear and a few hunks of semi-melted brie. Where was the Bibb lettuce? Again, a disappointing “entrée” salad. What a waste of money!

Eatery has really great tasting food, but it is on the pricey side. The desserts are delicious, particularly the Apple Tart. When we had ordered, they forgot the ice cream and when I called, they said they would correct the error. They sent twice as much. Great service and food

The Tahitian Vanilla Bean Cheesecake was literally like a Sara Lee frozen cheesecake from the freezer section, only I paid much more. Not what I expected. Perhaps this is something to be served only to those dining-in and presentation can disguise part of the problem, if they're just taking a few bites after a good meal. I won't be ordereding from Eatery again.

Stick with the Mac & Cheese which is fantastic. The Eatery Quesadilla tasted burned from the inside out and the grilled chicken paillard was surrounded by barely cooked potatoes and asparagus.

We order from Eatery (and eat at their restaurant) often. Food is always good, sometimes they do not read the instructions for food. Today, we got mustard on the chicken sandwich even though we asked for no dressings. Their chicken soup is awesome.
