NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF SEAMLESS. Despicable, rude, insulting, incompetent, and unapologetic are the nicest words I can use to describe the people I dealt with from Eden Wok. The delivery guy showed up missing 2/3rds of my order and told me that it wasn't his problem and that I have to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and told the woman who answered the phone said that she would send someone with the rest of my order when they had a delivery guy available. At the same time, I opened the 1/3rd that did arrive and it looked as if someone had sat on it (sushi rolls) so I asked her if she would please send another. She put me on hold for around 20 seconds and this guy picked up and started yelling at me how there won't be another delivery guy for another hour and that I would just have to wait if I wanted the rest of my food because the delivery guy already left with the other 2/3rds of my order. I politely suggested that he just tell the delivery guy to wait a moment for the rest of my order since only around 30 seconds had elapsed since the other woman told me that they will send another delivery guy when one is available. He yelled at me and said that he couldn't do that because the delivery guy was long gone and that he was on a bicycle. I pointed out that it seemed unlikely that he was "long gone on a bicycle" since only a minute or so had passed at this point (I was looking at the timer on my phone). He then continued to yell at me for a few minutes until I reminded him that I ordered from his restaurant and that they were the ones who failed to deliver my food in the first place. He then hung up on me. While calling Seamless to complain, he called back saying that the long gone delivery guy picked up the remainder of my order and was on his way AND that he wasted too much time arguing with me and then hung up on me again before I could even mention that I found it odd how quickly this "long gone" bike delivery guy was able to make it back, pick

Shredded beef is one of Eden Wok's best kept secrets. The beef is pungeant and tasty life General Tso's, but since it's shredded, each piece gets its own dose of delicious sauce. The portion is extremely filling, even for a big guy. Very happy I ordered it and I plan to keep getting it.

I love ordering from Eden Wok. The lunch special pricing is better than I've seen almost anywhere else and the food is outstanding. I am extremely partial to the crispy shredded beef and steamed chicken dumplings. The food is plentiful and delicious.

The fried rice was bland, no vegetables, no onion and hardly any egg. The beef egg roll was not beef it was pork. The shredded crispy chicken was fried rock hard when it arrived. I threw the meal in the trash it was not edible therefore I do not recommend that you order from this place. I would have given it 1/2 star but that was not an option.

Quality of food is OK, not the best, ok delivery. Their general tso chicken is my favorite; they accommodate your specific request, such as more/less spicy. I love their veggie eggroll, meat eggroll is also very meaty.

Can't complain about a 95 minute wait when the estimated time was 90-105 minutes, but there could've at least been an attempt made at making sure the food was hot. Or even warm. I ordered egg drop soup, got wonton soup. Asked for extra mustard, didn't get extra mustard. cold food, extremely long wait, incorrect order. That sounds like 1-star service.

Every time I order from this place I regret my decision... but it is the only chinese kosher restaurant in the area. The chicken is very low quality and so is the beef. The portions are very small, and rice in not included in orders that one would expect rice to be included in. Scallion pancakes are dry and tasteless. Lo mein is poor. If possible, avoid this place. Hopefully they will get the message and improve their food!

Absolutely terrible. Delivery was quick enough but food was awful and expensive. I got the general tso's lunch "special", $11 and it doesn't come with anything other than rice. Besides that the wonton soup had flavorless broth and the wontons had a weird meat in them so I didn't even finish it. Fried rice that came with the special was literally inedible, just a mush with a strange odor and bad flavor. General Tso's was over-breaded and sickeningly sweet and not spicy at all. I recommend never ordering from here.

Colossal failure. Almost 2 hours to deliver. I wish I had noticed that they're on 34th and Madison before I ordered. They shouldn't try to deliver to all of Manhattan. Terrible cold food. I wish I could give zero stars.
