Love this place! The food is good with speedy delivery. They also have decent drinks if you're looking for a low-key place to grab a bite on a Friday night.

I order from here -often. When the food is good it is really good however like many people I have had delivery issues. Several times th order has been incomplete..late and cold. Its hot or miss. If they upped their delivery game I would order from here more often.

I used to really like this place, particularly the rotisserie chicken, but the last couple were just greasy and gross and the most recent order sealed their fate: they dropped off the wrong food -- not even close -- well over an hour after I ordered it. I called to explain the mistake and was told to just keep the wrong food because getting my order would take too long. I'll never order from here again.

If you're a vegetarian or pescatarian, this place is a pretty safe bet. The vegetarian torta, shrimp fajitas, and shrimp tacos are all great and come in reasonably large portions. I look forward to trying a few more things on the menu the next time I'm in the mood for Mexican.

I order from here often enough and don't recall ever having an issue with delivery. I usually get the beef burrito and it's delicious and filling. The sauce they send with the tostones is really good too. This is usually my go to spot during the week when I don't feel like cooking and want something fast.

Never had such horrible customer service as I did with this restaurant today. I order from them all the time however today was shocking. I ordered at 2 and just received my food at 3:58pm. I didn't call until 3:15 and at that time they told me it was on the way. I then received 2 phone calls from the delivery guy who kept saying "donde estas? donde estas?". I would give him my address and he would hang up. I tried calling the restaurant and asked why someone was calling me? She then went off on me and said "I'm sorry we have someone who doesn't speak English but you should just accept it." I then explained to her that I was asking why they were calling because you already have my address - and by the way, I speak Spanish so please don't give me a lecture. She quickly cleaned up her act and then said sorry. I thought the food was on the way but I received another phone call, again saying donde estas and this time telling me he was at the door to which I explained no, I am at the door. And....he hung up. I called the restaurant again and got a really nice lady. She apologized and said they only had 1 cook and a new delivery guy. She said she appreciated my understanding. Then I waited another 10 minutes, at this point it was 3:55 and still nothing. I called again and got a guy who was unbelievably rude. He said it was on it's way but I told him it was still not here. I asked him if he could call the guy to ask where he was because he keeps calling me I also told him I expected the food to be credited. He exploded on me! He told me I do not tell him what to do and the credit was up to him. He must have said 4 times..."you do not tell me what to do. I will just cancel your order". Then there was a knock at my door while I was on the phone...and it was the food which was ICE COLD. I took the food, the guy asked me to sign the receipt and I said no and closed the door. The guy on the phone said to tell him it was free and then hung up on me.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. I'll admit, the food is delicious. IF it arrives, and IF it's not ice cold. The delivery estimate is 30-45 minutes, and today it's taking an hour and 20 minutes (and counting) to get the food. This is the second time this has happened to me. It's really too bad. *Food just arrived. Cold as expected*

Very authentic. Food always arrives warm and on time. They read the special requests very carefully and provide great service. I order frequently.

Consistently good chicken. Really big steak salad. I would definitely recommend them. My orders have always been within the estimated delivery time. While I do live pretty close, I've never had any long waits like other reviewers experienced.

This was the worst delivery service and the food was mediocre at best. We didn't read the reviews and we learned our lesson. The food took 2 hours to get to us and we called several times, the restaurant just kept telling us the delivery guy was 5 minutes away. The food was freezing by the time we got it.

Delicious Mexican delivered on time! My burrito was yummy and very filling. The quesadilla was a little bit unexpected - it looked more like a taco, stuffed full of chicken with just a bit of cheese, but my son tore it up. One thing, I ordered red beans but I'm pretty sure we got black. I don't care, though because they were delicious. We'll definitely be ordering from here again.
