El Triunfo

This place is horrible. It took them an hour and half to deliver less than three miles away. We called twice and all they say is that the food will be there in 15 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and pick another place to order from. I will never give this place anymore of my money, they don't deserve it.

We had to wait 2 hours for our order. That's with calling twice to find out what had happened to it! Called after the quoted 45 minutes had turned into an hour. Were told oh it'll be there in 10-15 minutes! Then 45 minutes later had to call again! Finally showed up but not worth the wait. A nice restaurant wouldn't keep me waiting that long.

Like others have said, it definitely did take longer than their estimated time. The burritos were big and not bad but it was a bit cold by the time it got here. I called after an hour to ask where the food was and the lady said it was probably the last stop in the delivery route. Then I finally got the call that the deliver guy was here. When I was downstairs, he was not there. I called again and he said he'll be there in 2 minutes. Overall, decent food but not too good customer service.

Great tacos and burritos. Nachos are good, too. Not too big on the desserts but the tacos! AND THE BURRITOS!

i was expecting awful service based on the reviews, but they actually showed up in under 20 min on a thursday night! the food was pretty spicy, i'd ask for the hot sauce/jalepenos on the side if that's not your thing. also, go with black beans not refried!

Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant a low score for customer service. The food was decent the last couple of times i had it however, they fall short of customer service. Just recently, i waited two hours for food that never came. After calling to follow up on the phantom driver, who to this day "is on his way"...the workers were nonchalant at the mishap. Later telling me that my order was mixed up with the faxes that came thru...I guess as way to make peace..they even offered to make a me "fresh" order...but I'd needed to wait the allotted 30-45min...really?.......ah no thanks....smh

They say their delivery is 30-45 when i actuality it is above an hour and when the food finally gets to you its cold. I thought this might have been a fluke but I just ordered from them again with the same results. THis time it took them almost TWO HOURS, how do you run a business like that? I had to call 3 times with nothing but "He already left"

The food was passable, but not authentic Mexican. The enchiladas were very dry, they did not send the sauce but apparently substituted pico de gallo instead. Not very smart. The nachos I ordered with carnitas should have had the chips separated from the rest of the ingredients, by the time I received them they were soggy. The tamales were good, the falafel as well. Delivery took more than an hour, I had to call to get a status.
