I will rate it zero because the delivery was so freaking late ! Almost 2 hours ... Food was okay though ..

The only reason they get one star is that the food is decent. Other than that they never get the order right with very precise and simple instructions. Not very friendly and overpriced.

This is the first review I have ever left on seamless. If there were another restaurant open late night I would never order from this place again. Between my boyfriend and I we have ordered over 10 times and our condiment order has never been right. I finally was fed up and called before my order to see what the issue was considering there was no option to order extra honey mustard on the app and I never got the amount I asked for in the special instructions. The man on the phone was quick to rush me off and when my delivery arrived I was told to pay an additional $2.50 for extra honey mustard (they only give one SMALL cup for 5 chicken fingers and fries). I find this ridiculous. Their communication and customer satisfaction is unsatisfactory. On a positive note their food is good as long as you don't depend on condiments.

This place is way overpriced and they consistently screw up our order. After several failed orders from here we will never order from them again. They once sent us the wrong wrap twice! We finally just gave up.

Worst experience in Bay Ridge. An hour after we ordered Emphasis told us that their credit card machine wasn't working. We told them if they delivered in 15 minutes we would pay cash. They showed up 35 minutes later and said our order was $14 more than it said it was on Seamless. Fifteen minutes after we rejected the order the restaurant called and threatened us, using profanity, to never order from there again. Trust me, we won't.
