Empire Grill

I was able to salvage this meal by grilling the undercooked burger, and baking the cold not-crunchy fries. I made a cute little meat over fries thing...Don't put yourself through the pain of waiting over an hour for food you have to cook yourself.

Taste good. Bad delivery guy. It's what the tip is for and you can't even ring my bell... I'm on the first floor. One star hurts business guys. Take our help and improve.

This is probably the most disgusting food I've ever had. If it is the only thing that's open, I suggest you eat cardboard and drink some water. That would be a lot more satisfying. I know this is very hyperbolic, but the food is horrible; delivery took about 90 minutes, which makes me wonder how long does it take to throw the crap together that they make. This "food" is going into the garbage.

it's been 70 minutes and I have yet to see my order. When I called to ask about it, the man on the phone just yelled, "WE'RE BUSY, IT TAKE TIME." This is not gourmet food, I ordered it because it's the only thing opened. It's one step up from drunk food. Apparently it takes 70 minutes+.

The delivery took 60 minutes instead of the estimated 30-45 minutes. The delivery guy was surprised when he gave me the receipt to sign and I asked for a pen. By the time the delivery arrived, the hot food was cold. The falafel sandwich contained some bitter substance that made it very unpleasant. The spicy yellowtail sushi roll was flavorless and the fish was not fresh. The pickled ginger that came with the sushi did not taste right. The lunch sandwich combinations say that they all come with fries and a soda. I received a soda but the fries were not delivered with the order.

horrible - not at all what I was expecting - crispy fries? more like soggy mess - fire poppers? anyone can take fried chicken and put some hot and sour sauce on them - I expected something different - falafel is a joke - thankfully I know an Israeli place that is just AWSOME, this place is just bad :-(

I waited for over an hour I called the restaurant and they were closed by then. I never got my food. Next morning as I left for work, When opening the front building door I found the food tied to the door. They never called or rang my buzzer just left it there. Got a refund from Seamless though, so that was good.

The place took over an hour to deliver and the "baklava" are just filo dough pastries--not Baklava... Also, when I called to see where my food was, the guy was completely rude and short with an explanation and hung up on me- which prompted this review.

The food is fine -- not great, but hey, it's open right. My issue was that the guy claims he can't find my apartment (no one else on Seamless has ever had that problem) and makes me come outside and wait for him for 10 minutes to find out where I am, insisting all the while that where I live doesn't exist. Seriously, at midnight in December, I have better things to do. The corn dog is surprisingly tasty. I'll give them that.
