Energy Kitchen (23rd)

I would give it 3.5 but not 4. As tasty as healthy meals can get- great solid lunch and afternoon protein kick... Its hard to find food that's not overly processed! Energy kitchen gives me that option!

The burgers are small--think McDonald's hamburger or BK Whopper Jr., but with a slightly thicker patty--and somewhat dry, but improved with a packet of mustard from the Energy Kitchen and a packet of regular mayo I had in my desk. (The Energy Kitchen only offers low-fat mayo, which, um--no, thank you.) I like that there are healthy sides, which you don't find in most places. I would consider ordering from here again, but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice.

Ordered via Seamless, never got an email confirmation from Energy Kitchen so i called in, after being on hold a few minutes, they told me they never got the order. Placed my order over the phone. When they food arrived the Seamless info was with it, so apparently they did get the order and it took over an hour to arrive. Fries were soggy and cold, food was mediocre, went to open the bottle of soda after having it on my desk for 5-10 minutes and it exploded everywhere, they delivery guy had to have really jostled it. I am not a huge energy kitchen fan but delivery from there is really awful!

Ordered a smoothie and a wrap. The smoothie was delivered half-full (or half-empty), depends how you look at it! Regardless, not a cool move energy kitchen smoothie maker, especially when your smoothies cost 6 dollars

I LOVE Energy Kitchen! Especially since I try to eat healthy lunches throughout the week when I'm at work. They are the perfect option! Their calorie counts are my favorite part and I really use those when deciding what to order, all the time. My favorites are the chicken club sandwich, the thai chicken wrap, the creamed spinach side and the lentil soup. Try it out if you are watching your calories! Good stuff.

Because I like to know how many calories are in the food I'm eating, I order from Energy Kitchen on a fairly regular basis. I usually get the veggie burger, which is always good. The steamed sweet potatoes are great if you're looking for a healthy side, as is the corn and edamame salad. I wouldn't recommend the creamed spinach or the smoothies. So far, Energy Kitchen has gotten all of my orders correctly and always treat me well. The food arrives hot, well-packed and in less than half an hour. Thanks, Energy Kitchen!

Can't I vote 1/2 a star?? The order arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after I placed it. The turkey burger was cold and overdone. When I called regrading the order being late (an hour in), I was told "You're order is here ready but there is no delivery man to bring it to you, we're running about an hour behind." No "I'm sorry can we offer you something" which would have been appreciated. 35 minutes later the cold food showed up. They should have called me to say they were running behind. They should have offered an apology or something in return. I will NEVER order from Energy Kitchen again. I used up all my energy just trying to get my food! and it wasn't even good. ;(

Food was pretty good but not worth the 1 hour 50 minute wait for it to arrive. I won't be ordering from Energy Kitchen again.

Just ordered from them for the first time with a delivery time of 9:30pm. I get a call from the delivery man at 8:15 saying that he's at my front door. Had to rush home and the food was cold and soggy for the time I ordered for.

I must say, I really enjoy the food from this place. I am on a pretty serious diet, and isnt always easy to find a quick (& healthy) place to grab a meal. As a side benefit, their food is actually very good. The only bad thing is that if you order during peak times it takes fooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorever, I am talking like 2-2.5 hours after you order. Other times it is reasonably fast. That being said, I still frequently order and endure the wait times...
