I will never order from Energy Kitchen again. Not only did our food take over and hour and a half to arrive but it was cold and tasteless. I called to inquire about our food after an hour had passed and the worker was rude and unapologetic that the food was delayed. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I live less than a 10 minute WALK from this location. I ordered a few weeks ago and it took more than 90 minutes for delivery. I called tonight to ask if it would take that long this time (I offered to pick the food up - a salad and a bison burger) and was told it wouldn't take more than 30 minutes. I used seamless to place the order and 80 minutes later the food arrived. If you like cold overpriced food and lots of attitude, this is the place for you. NEVER again for me. Who owns this place? The staff is rude and hopeless. Clearly they don't care at all about their customers or their business. Sad, cause the food is not bad. Desperately needs new management!!! DO NOT order from Energy Kitchen!!!

Ordered from several times and always great. I love the chicken burger and the wraps are good as well. Best part is they are one of few if not the only place I've found that list calories and other nutritional info. While other restaurants are healthy or you can order a healthy option not knowing how they prepare it causes an unknown, energy kitchen lists that info.

I have been ordering from Energy Kitchen during the last several months now, and was never disappointed. Ok, they need their time for the delivery but it is absolutely worth it. By far the best food in Seamless.

I've given them too many chances. The most recent order was my last. First, they ignored the clearly-written delivery instructions including my cell phone number, resulting in my dinner being two hours late. Then they couldn't even be bothered to send a fresh order. They sent the cold, soggy food that THEY goofed on delivering. My co-workers' running joke is that if I ever order from this place again, they'll hit me (this is after INNUMERABLE screw-ups on Energy Kitchen's part). If I'm ever dumb enough to order from this location again, I hope they do hit me!

I love the food at energy kitchen but this location has a serious issue.. I called because my order had been messed up was put on hold for 5 minutes while the guy said let me check upstairs before he even knew why i was calling then came back and started telling me it was seamless web's fault that items were on the menu. still not knowning why i was calling.. finally after having to tell him to stop talking and to let the customer speak i explained i had received a kitchen wrrap instead of the thai chicken wrap that i wanted and that my side was messed up.. he started to argue again and started telling me again it was seamless web's fault though my reciept from seamless webs' shows my order correctly. after today's experience i will steer clear of this location until they get new management that knows real customer service

Horrible service! My company orders from this place frequently, however they never deliver on time. I once ordered at 9:30am for a 12:30pm delivery. Food did not come untli 1:15pm. And this was not a one time incident either. It never fails, they are always late. I will ask my company to remove their name from our list and instead go with Pump Energy. Once called them to complain and the woman I spoke to practically did not care, she was very unprofessional. From now on, I'm going with Pump Energy instead.

The food from Energy Kitchen is excellent... however, I placed my order 90 minutes ago and am still waiting for a wrap.. I have now called the store twice and they have not had any information for me except for the fact that it is on its way...

These guys can't get it right. They repeatedly substitute items in my order without warning me in advance - I get different side vegetables than I ordered, different drinks, and different bars. It happens on almost every order I place! And, they repeatedly call to say that they are in the lobby, but when I arrive, they are not there - rather, they are on their way over and expect me to stand there waiting for them. The food is good but the service stinks. I'm done with Energy Kitchen.

Energy Kitchen lied 3 times re: order delivery. My food has still not arrived after several phone calls. It is now 2 hours late. I could have gone out for lunch had they been truthful. This restaurant should be removed from Seamless Wed....my colleagues have had similar experiences with them.

Ordered delivery, it took over an hour to arrive. When it did, the hot entrees were hot and the salads were cold, which was great, except the taste of the food wasn't so awesome. We had the buffalo and steak wraps, both of which were very bland. The fries were completely soggy, and the black bean mango salad was completely mango-free except for one piece the size of my pinky nail. Still delicious, but it was a delicious side of black beans, not black bean mango salad. The asparagus salad was great, though, I've got to give them that one. I can safely say we won't be ordering from them again!
