My eggs were still hot when I received my order and I love the peanut butter smoothie! Definitely will be ordering from energy kitchen again!

I personally love Energy Kitchen. Healthy food delivered to your door. Docked one star because last order on a Sunday afternoon took over an hour and they totally messed up my boyfriends burger (ordered no lettuce, no tomato, plain and it came with everything on it).

I have ordered from Energy Kitchen 3 times in the last couple of months. The delivery is consistently late, and the food always arrives cold. The estimated delivery time should be changed to 60-90 minutes.

Not only did I end up waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes, but they messed up my order! Since it was 45 minutes after they were supposed to close, nothing could be done. And please be warned, I got a confirmation email saying 45-60 mins, only to look on seamless again, and see they changed it to 75-90. Really shady.

I used to love this place, but the lack of attention to detail such as forgetting to give salad dressing for your salad is beyond me. And I forgot, they gave me a broken fork. When I spoke to the customer service, she was not very apologetic. I will not be ordering here from now on.

I waited more than an hour and half and still no food. This is a pattern every time I order. Even though the food is good, there is nothing pleasant about waiting that long.

I don't know how they have 5 stars! The soup I ordered was barely luke warm, the fries soggy and feta salad very blah-I would pass on this restaurant

The food is great when it shows up on time. However, they have left me hanging several times waiting on food that shows up well past the quoted delivery time. Although they are apologetic, they make no attempt to rectify the situation with a discount on the next order or something when you call asking where your food is.

I like the food here, but only if I'm picking it up or eating there. Delivery takes hours and the past two times they forgot something. I've given up on ordering from here ... which is a shame since the food is good.

The food is good and healthy. That having been said, all orders take forever. At least an hour, always. And no matter what, the food arrives swimming in water. I'm not sure why but they might want to rethink their containers to let steam escape or something. I still order from here - I just try to get my order in about 90 minutes before I want to eat.
