It's been 2 hours, 3 phone calls, & I still don't have my food. If you don't have delivery people, don't offer & charge for delivery. They also are only 8 blocks away.

Food is great. Delivery time is always about an hour. In manhattan it should usually be 15-30min. An hour is insane! Get more delivery guys and I'll revise my review to a 5 star!

My food did not come as I ordered it, missing items that I was charged for. When I called to explain, after much debate, they generously offered to send another one according to my original delivery request. However, an hour later, my delivery came wrong again... The food is fresh and good but I would like to receive the food I order, especially for this price.

They, once again, delivered to the wrong address even though I explicitly included my home address rather my work address. When they finally delivered to me - 1 hour 20min later, they brought me the original wraps which were, by that time, soggy and cold. I also asked for hot sauces in the special instructions and received none. I want to like them but will have to stop ordering from them bc of this.

Took longer than an hour to deliver so the food got here cold and they got my order wrong. I called them back to correct it, was placed on hold for 10 mins and they said they would correct the order but this also took another 40 mins.

Worst experience with a restaurant on Seamless. I've ordered salmon there before and its typically cooked correctly. Not tonight. Instead, the salmon (ordered medium) came RARE. That's not the end of the world, but their reaction was atrocious. They didn't accept that it was in fact rare, even though they weren't looking at it, until after five minutes of discussion. Then they demanded that they'd only send out a new one if I returned the old one (what, did I want to steal a 2nd salmon from them in some waste-of-everyone's-time scam?). The proper response would have been to apologize (which they never did) and send out another. Instead, in an extremely confrontational tone, they needed convincing, and then only begrudgingly sent another.

I LOVE their food! Everything is so healthy and tastes so good. I especially like the burgers and the salmon. All the sides of vegetables are so fresh and delicious, I really love ordering from this place!

Great place for when you want to grab a quick bite to eat. The great thing about this place is that you know you are eating healthy...no matter what you order! However because of that, some of the things on the menu just don't taste that good. However the salads and smoothies are amazing! Definitely worth ordering from.

This place is surprisingly good for being uber-healthy!! It's also really well-priced for the amount of food you get. I love the wraps. My favorite is the chicken fajita wrap and I usually order an egg white wrap for the next day's breakfast or lunch. I really love the lentil soup - very spicy and flavorful.

Delivered to the wrong address, despite having the correct one on the order, so delivery took an hour and a half and was mostly cold by the time it arrived.
