Erawan Thai Cuisine

Erawan is a good go to Thai restaurant. I'm a big fan of their glass noodles, their coconut soup, and their pad thai. They do have the ability to cater to spice preferences which is always a plus - just leave them a message in the notes section of the ordering field. My only complaint would be sometimes they take a little longer than expected.

My office ordered from here, and we were pretty disappointed in the food. I asked for my pad thai mild, and it came with probably a tablespoon full of hot red pepper on top and was uncomfortably spicy, even if I had asked for it that way (which I hadn't). Two of my coworkers ordered tom yum soup, and one of them was sweating and struggling with the soup. We asked for everything at the appropriate spice level, and I was really disappointed in this delivery, especially because I have gone to Erawan several times for dinner and loved it. The food for delivery seemed much more haphazard than the usual fare.

Great Thai food. The portions are a good size and the steamed vegetable dumplings are the best. A little pricier than other options and there is a delivery fee, but the menu variety and taste are worth it. If you're in a rush, you might want to look elsewhere. The estimate of 45-60 minutes is usually an underestimate. 75 minutes is more likely, so order early. And if you try to call the restaurant to see where your food is, it can be hard to get through. Overall, food is great, price is decent, and service is okay if you order in advance.

It's just a little pricey, I wouldn't mind a little extra pad thai if I'm going to pay $13, but still, everything I've ever gotten here has been hot and tasty

I ordered the Thai BBQ chicken, the meal came cold and the chicken was extremely dried out! Was really disappointed with the dish. Maybe the chicken dried out because it took 60mins to deliver to me 2 blocks away?
