Corned beef sandwiches can be such a dissapointment, as this one was. The taste was ok, but the stringy chewy-ness was less than appetizing. The bread was a little weak too, and the sandwich was small for the price. Canters is my fave in LA, but Detroit still has the best beef at the Bread Basket deli!

The poppy seed bagel we paid for to go with the the Matzho ball soup wasn't included, nor was the Russian dressing for the reuben. The fries seemed underdone. The Matzho ball soup was underseasoned and required a fair bit of salt. The $3 chocolate chip cookie was gas station fare. Overall, better food can be had at Jerry's, which says it all. On the plus side, the pickle was delicious.
