Falafel House

The hummus was decent, but was cold came with no pita. The pita i ordered (luckily) was hard and also cold. The greek salad was very small, had no grape leaves as mentioned and consisted of shreeded romaine a pickled veggies some soggy olives and two pieces of feta. Needless to say, I am disappointed. I will not be ordering from Falafel House again.

If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean do not order from here...you will be disappointed. My falafel sandwich came with kidney beans on it and my "pita" was actually tortilla. It's almost like a Mexican-Mediterranean hybrid. That being said the food quality wasn't awful and the delivery was pretty fast.

Average falafel and hummus, but still better than most falafel and hummus we've eaten in New York. We will reorder. Our only disappointment was that the pita was tough and brittle so that it broke when we tried to fold them to make sandwiches. Within a few minutes of opening the order, all of the pita had stiffened and was not fluffy.

the falafel was crisp & flavorful. the merguez was the perfect combination of spices, not spicy but not bland either. i also ordered a baklava which was deliciously sweet and flaky! will order again!

I just ordered for the second time and I love it! Last time (4 or 5 days ago) I ordered the hummus and 4 pitas (because they are so cheap) and the hummus and two of the pitas were still perfect today. The falafel sandwich was great. The hot sauce was the only thing I thought could use a little help. Its essentially Franks RedHot, which I love, but its not quite as good as the usual hot sauce you get with falafel.

the worst falafel i've ever had in my life. didn't taste like any falafel i've ever eaten - and i've had many; i love falafel! it had no flavor whatsoever. so, so sad. plus my sandwich was wrong - they didn't include the chickpeas as i requested - and there was no hummus. no hummus? what?!

delivery was prompt and friendly, the food that came with it was a huge dissapointment. i never write negative reviews, i work in a restaurant. i understand some places have off nights. but even the rice was terrible. they also sent tortillas. cute touch, you're not foolin me guys.

The food was an excellent value and tasted fresh and flavorful. The delivery time was as stated or faster. I've ordered several times and the one time I had a small problem was with cold "bread" for the hummus. This problem, however, was very quickly remedied and done so without a hassle...so their customer service is also very good. They should start to include 1 or 2 of their freshly baked bread in all their platters. Would definitely recommend.

This place is the worst. Don't order from them. Order arrived incomplete, and they refused to deliver the rest of what I paid for. I never write reviews for anything, but this is by far the worst seamless ordering experience I've ever had. I red some negative reviews for them, but decided to order anyway. Don't make the same mistake!

Though the delivery service was fairly prompt and all food was accurate, I found that it was bland and uninteresting, as well as portioned rather small. In comparison to other neighborhood restaurants with the same cuisine, I find this place is second best. I would order from here again only if other places were closed, as I feel the food lacked enough flavor or creativity.

We have ordered from this place many times and they never disappoint! We have tried many of their platters and each one is delicious PLUS their delivery service is top-notch and the food is always nice and warm. Do yourself a favor and order from this place ASAP.

My bag arrived covered in soda thanks to a leaky can; it was dripping, so the delivery person must have known, but proceeded anyway. The kebab looked and tasted like reheated rubber, and the pita bread tasted cold and expired. Never again.

Everything seems decent except when we ordered pita we got tortilla instead. This has never happened before so it is very odd. It was definitely not pita.
