Famous Original Ray's Pizza (Columbus Ave)

By far one of the most disappointing delivery experiences of my life. Multiple requests for ranch were completely ignored and the food was delivered cold.

Absolutely horrendous service and very rude staff. It took over 1.5 hours for my simple pasta dish to arrive. I called multiple times and each time they were rude and told me that it was on its way and would be there "2 or 3 minutes." I will never order from this restaurant again and I recommend that you don't either!

Ray's used to be my go to place whenever we had friends over and wanted Italian. the last time I ordered from them, they decided to put soggy broccoli all over the pizza. The pizza became inedible, as the broccoli was way overcooked, and it had made the pizza water logged. I called Ray's to tell them about their mistake, and the guy on the phone was rude. He told me the best he could do was to give me 10% off my next order. Completely unacceptable as a pizza is almost $20 and I didn't order broccoli.

Great !!! Just ordered wings and I must say they were great very satisfying. Got some garlic bread that was good too.. I will definitely order from here again.. thanks rays pizza good job keep up the good quality and I will be forever a customer !!!

I've ordered from this branch several times. There are two good things on the menu--the mozzarella sticks and the NY cheesecake. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA OR PASTA from this branch. The pasta is so overcooked it's closer to Lo Mein noodles and there are at least 10 better pizza places in the neighborhood. Whoever's cooking the food is clearly asleep at the wheel.

ordered pizza and fries. asked for pizza well done, pizza came 45 minutes later, well undercooked, and they forgot the fries. Come back with fries 15 minutes (after telling them just to refund) and the fries were still half frozen/soggy
