Classic NY pizza. I have ordered from here practically weekly for years, and pies have always arrived quickly and been very tasty.

I've experienced consistently long waits, messed up orders and rude delivery people. Which is a shame because the pizza is actually very good. Get your act together, Pisa!

Literally the worst pizza I have had in New York. In such a Pizza-centric city you would think it impossible to royally screw up such a simple combination of age-old ingredients. Pisa PIzza offers you greasy pizza covered in a sauce that has zero flavor. The margharita slice looked as though someone took a regular slice and ate the cheese off for me, then to cover their tracks they threw on a few slices of tomatoes covering up the crust. The Sicilian was all dough that resembled cardboard in both taste and appearance. Even the anchovies were mushy like baby food, again as though my order had made its way to another hungry patron before completing its underwhelming journey to my apartment. I will say the only, and I literally mean the only, redeeming trait was the chicken cutlet slice, which was still sub-par but it wasn't as awful as the rest of my meal. The prices aren't even that cheap (Try Figaro Pizza if you want less expensive pizza that tastes better). So disappointed in you Pisa Pizza, almost to the point of heartbreak. You will not see my tender in exchange for your food again.

This is not brick oven pizza they advertise. Messed up my delivery order, took twice the estimated time hence food was cold.

pizza wasn't bad, but they took an hour and it when it said 15-30min. they also gave me a pepperoni pie when i ordered cheese. I didn't call to resolve this but thats why i gave them 3 stars.

The pizza wasn't bad, but the service was actually terrifying. The delivery person accidentally gave us part of someone else's order. When we realized we shouted after him to let him know, but he had already gone. Then, at 11:30 PM the delivery guy CALLED MY PHONE demanding that he come back and get the extra food! When we told him that we were in bed he SHOWED UP AT OUR APARTMENT and rang our buzzer for a solid 5 minutes. No pizza is worth it if the trade off is having a creepy delivery person know both your phone number and where you live.

Wonderful food. They will cook pizza to your order -- not just say they will, they actually do it. Everything I've had is excellent, and I've been eating here since they opened many years ago. Service is the best. Nice people, good food, good cooking, fast delivery -- what more could you want?

Okay NY style pizza. Open late. Not spectacular, and the ambiance and service are lukewarm. I thought NY was supposed to have epic pizza?

Might not have been the worst pizza I've had in NYC but pretty close. Practically raw crust, mediocre sauce not great cheese. Not ordering from them again.

Absolutley horrible. The hawaiian pizza is "white" but it doesn't say that on the menu and when I called to ask the guy said "everyone knows thats how we make it". Anyways, it was a dry piece of cardboard and I had to eat something else.

The baked ziti was really good. The pizza was ok. It was a little too greasy for my taste.
