Five Guys - 110th Street

I am definitely a fan of Five Guys, however, I would not recommend ordering delivery from them. I live right across the street from a Fave Guys, and one night I didn't feel like going across the street to order it. When the order was finally delivered, over an hour later, my burger was cold. When I called to find out what had happened, they were rude and unhelpful... Moral of the story, if you feel like Five Guys, the trip to the restaurant is probably worth it.

Order took over an hour to arrive (and I live about 5 walking minutes from the restaurant) and when it finally did show up it was incomplete. I asked the delivery guy about my missing drink and he just walked away, and yelled over his shoulder "well, they didn't put it in the bag". I called the restaurant to tell them that I was missing my drink and my food was cold by the time it had arrived and was put on hold twice. They said they would re-make my food and send the drink but it still hasn't arrived........ I usually love Five Guys, but will NEVER be ordering from this one again.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Understaffed! If you really want it, walk there in person. Terrible management. Ordered @ 5:45pm on a thursday. After 1 hour I called, they said they only had 1 delivery guy, and it would be going out immediately. After 2 HOURS (!!!) I finally called and canceled my order. Horrible management/staffing decisions. Why risk the aggravation?

This gets 2 rather than 1 star b/c the food is decent, but not great. Ordered about 10 times over 6 months. At least half the time the order is wrong. Hard to imagine since there's only like 3 choices on the menu. The other day, I finally called rather than just deal b/c half the order was missing. The delivery guy clearly wanted to hide what happened from the manager and was really weird about everything. It took over an hour and a half to get 1 soda and 2 hamburgers. So so sad how incompetently run this place is. Makes me worry that if they cant fulfill a simple simple order how many health violations they have.

my food took 1 hour 45 minutes to get to me and I live 6 blocks away. When I got my food my cheeseburger was cold and my fries were freezing!!! I called 5 Guys and they said there was nothing they could do that night and that they would call me the next day to talk about coupons. I never got a call. I would NOT recommend them at all. Terrible.

The food at 5 guys would get a 5 star rating, but they are TERRIBLE with delivery. Last Sunday, I ordered a burger and fries and got the confirmation e-mail from Seamless giving me a 30-45 minute estimate for delivery. Fair enough. After 2.5 hours without the food coming, I call and don't even get an apology! What's worse - the guy on the phone says it could take another hour! I cancelled the order and was told that I would get a refund. Did I? Nope. Had to call again today and now they said it's going to take another 24 hours. Not only did they take forever to bring the food and act rudely on the phone, but I was required to monitor whether or not they were essentially stealing my money. Boo!

Good fast food burger, terrible delivery service. Order took an hour to get to my apartment, even though I am less than five blocks away, and then part of it was left off. I called; they said they'd bring the part of my order they left off. An hour later? Nothing. I tried calling again but haven't gotten through successfully.

Worst ever. Don't bother ordering your food for delivery. I called to check on the status after an hour, and was told there is no delivery driver by a very rude manager.So I canceled my order. No lie, two hours later they are blowing up my phone to deliver what I already canceled. Complete Insanity!

I agree, you tip good , you get great fast delivery, i never had a problem... Well once they did forget the soda, but was quick to redeliver it.. I will keep ordering again and again..

Not worth ordering at all - delivery takes an hour and a half and they always forget parts of the order. The fries are pretty disgusting as they come in a soaked paper bag. Got there in person or order something else!

Have ordered three times. Each time took over an hour and food was cold -- not lukewarm, but cold. Actually colder than room temperature. As others have said, if you must have it go in person.

My order came super quickly (I live less than 10 blocks away) and had no issues. Everything was perfect and it even came with peanuts like you'd get when you eat in the restaurant.

Ordered delivery, food came two hours later, absolutely mushed together and frozen cold. Couldn't eat any of it. Also ordered two diet Cokes and received two regular Cherry Cokes. Never again.
