Five Guys (Bleecker Street)

If you are lucky enough to get the food fresh, it is fantastic. That said, the food is almost never still hot. Hot dugs and hamburgers keep well enough, but fries become so soggy that they are borderline inedible. This is due to the fact that delivery of even the simplest orders can take 90 minutes--and don't worry, you can count on the delivery guys giving you the wrong order or forget a drink or side. It makes online ordering more of a gambling experience.

I love five guys, but often takes an hour to bring it literally 4 blocks. Tonight an hour and 15 minutes. Get it together 5 guys, or don't offer delivery.

THIS WAS HORRIBLE. We did pick-up because we thought if we had it delivered the burger and fries would be cold. NO- it said it would be 10-15 minutes. We arrived exactly at 15 minutes, and had to wait an additional 15 minutes since we got there!! The cheeseburgers were cold and we saw them sitting in our bags for our entire 15 minute wait while we waited for them to "make more fries". By the time we got our food home it was freezing cold, soggy, and GROSS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Such a bummer, I used to like 5 Guys, and will NEVER GO BACK. HORRIBLE!!!

Delivery was estimated bet 30-45 mins this order took well over an hour. Associate was rude and dismissive ("we are to busy to track your order...it's on it way"). NO customer service very disappointing. Clearly not incapable of handling NYC lunch rush.

Not only did it take 2+ hours to get my order...when it finally got here, it was the wrong order. Wow. Next time I'll just do take out. If you aren't ready for delivery, don't offer delivery!

The food is great but the delivery service is remarkably bad. They take over an hour to arrive and the food is soggy and lukewarm by the time you receive it. Not worth the wait.

I gave them a 3 because their burgers are great, but their fries are always way undercooked to the point where I don't order them, and it kinda sucks eating a hamburger without fries. They also take forever to deliver.

Took an hour for delivery, was not impressed with the burger, got my order wrong AND didn't include the sides I requested... You're better off going elsewhere.
