Five Guys Burgers

Delivery service needs to be improved! Not sure why it takes over an hour and 15 minutes (still waiting) to deliver a burger.

Wow, never had 5 guys before and after today Don't know why!!! the food is great, burger is huge and fresh...fries love it.. Cajun great.!!!!

DELIVERY IS UNACCEPTABLY SLOW! waited 2 hours for a burger. Called multiple times and all i kept getting was "its on its way." Don't waist your time.

3 hour wait for delivery. asked to cancel order said we have to call seamless web, seamless said that's not true. 3 hour wait also 2 weeks ago. called five guys to ask them whats going on and they made it clear they don't care.

i placed my order at 2:20 pm and at 5:20 pm I received it. Apparently 5 guys gets very busy with seamless orders but only employs 1 delivery person. I dont mind waiting for my food during inclement weather but not calling a customer to let them know after the first hour of waiting that their food still hasnt been prepared and cant be expected for another 2 hours seems a bit ridiculous. thankfully seamless refunded my order and also gave me a $10.00 credit. im not in the restaurant business but if i was something like this would be totally unacceptable to me but based on the impression i was given by the manager of 5 guys this situation is completely acceptable and it is OK to be rude to customers who have waited 3 hours for a cheeseburger. rain or shine i will NEVER be giving this particular 5 guys my business.

I was dying to try Five Guys for awhile. The delivery estimate was 55-70 minutes and my food did not come for almost two hours! In fact, I was just going to call when my phone rang (it was the delivery guy). There was no ketchup for my fries and I ordered mustard for my hot dog which did not come. I also ordered a large soda and got a bottle. Such a bad experience that I am not sure I would go there again. Food was cold and fries were soggy.

Food took over an hour to get to me; fries were soggy and order was wrong - they put jalapenos and mustard on mine, two items I hate. Burger was mediocre, at best. Goodburger and Pop Burger outshine this by far. I can't imagine ever ordering from here again. The only reason there are two stars, is because I ordered with a coworker whose order was correct. Boo.

I normally LOVE Five Guys, but this branch is lacking. I just had a delivery with fries that were nearly raw. They were white and hard. They NEVER include condiments that you order, so you end up with fries with no ketchup.

The food is good. However, the service is terrible. It took an hour-and-a-half to deliver a cheeseburger and fries. The person who answered the phone (after letting it ring for almost 5 minutes) was an incoherent, mumbling imbecile. This is not the first time I've had problems with Five Guys delivery, but it will be the LAST time I ever order from them.

One of the worst seamless web experiences yet! Took 90 minutes for my food to arrive which ended up being luke warm and soggy. Will never order from 5Guys again

i eat at alot of five guys in nyc and around country,,,,order arrived after 100+ minutes NOT a big deal but food was DRIPPING with oil and cold....they have serious issues with quality control, even if food was ONTIME it was inedible.....sorry AVOID THEM FOR DELIVERY
