Five Guys (Laguardia Place)

I love this place. Get it almost daily because it's delicious and relatively cheap. Also the delivery guys rock.

It's been an hour and 15 minutes and the food has yet to arrive. I called Five Guys twice, the first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes. THe second time I was just told "have a good day" and she hung up on me. I will never order from you again!

Forgot part of the delivery. Ask for them to come back with the full other and delivery guy was really rude.... Not the best experience!

Burger was great as always, but fries were very soggy. First inconsistent five guys experience I have ever had.

It took an hour and a half to come. When it did, it was cold and soggy. The fries were rubbery and not even seasoned well. The paper bag holding them was soaked in grease/ condensation because it took so long to get here. Never ordering from here again.

I'm sure it helps that I live really close to this location, but I got my food 5 minutes after I ordered it. Haven't eaten this in a while but it tastes just how I remembered it!

Took nearly 2 hours to deliver 2 burgers and an order of fries. By the time I got the order, it was cold. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered: 1. LBC with lettuce, mushrooms, mayo, ketchup and mustard 2. LCB with lettuce, tomatoes and mustard 3. LHB with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms and ketchup 4. Regular Fries 5. Large Cajun Fries Received: (All so soggy that you could literally cut a fry with a stick of butter, tasteless and melt like water in your mouth) 1. LCB with lettuce, onions, mayo, mustard and ketchup 2. LCB with mustard, lettuce and tomatoes 3. LHB with ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes 4. Regular watery fries 5. Large cup of watery cajun fries When I called the store (to replace only the wrong burger) because my friend absolutely hates onions, it took another hour to get the replacement burger. Severely disappointed.
