Flavors (Broad Street)

Flavors is great. I ordered lunch from there and had it delivered to my office. They have so many options, and everything looked and tasted so fresh! I got a chopped salad, they had so many options of salad items, and it was very affordable! My friend got the falafel sandwich, he loved it! The delivery was right on time, and everything came out perfect. Thanks!

I used to get 40% of my work-meals at the Flavors on Whitehall. I still go there about once a week, but this new location on Broad is closer and just as good (if slightly different). The point is, that I fancy myself a bit of a Flavors expert, and want to make sure they continue to do well. In order, here are their best qualities: 1) Friendliness of the staff. Between Whitehall and here, Flavors has cornered the market on friendly staff. From the cashier in the morning who greets you, to the delivery guys you meet throughout the day, they are second to none. My orders were memorized within a few days, and my name a week later. Although customer service is pretty spectacular, about 5-10% of big delivery orders might have a mistake in them. That might be acceptable, I suppose, but can be very disappointing. 2) Salads – Fresh ingredients, made to order. Love the fact that they chop them (a rarity), and they have some interesting dressings, but they absolutely, positively must get the “fat free balsamic vinegrette” that the one on Whitehall has. That single dressing is the reason I still take the longer walk to the other location from time to time. And I don’t like to walk. That’s how good it is. 3) Coffee - tied for 3rd best in the area (behind Fika and Financier, and tied with Fresco on the Go), but it’s my cup of choice because it’s self serve. I can slide in and out in under a minute. They even have a separate register for the coffee. 4) Sandwiches – I actually avoid these b/c the unique choices are so overwhelming. Every one that I’ve had has been good though. 5) overall cleanliness and setup. They thought everything out. The way the stations are spread out. How clean everything is. The color scheme. It sounds silly, but even the napkins and utensils are a step above the normal fare. Complaints: As mentioned above, they need to get the Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette. Also, they put too much dressing on at times, so ask for less, or put it on the side.

Good, if uninspired, food in the financial district. Great salad bar options with limitless add-ons in some categories! The soups are also great. The pastas are just OK, as are the sides. Not too many healthy/organic options in this neighborhood so I'm glad Flavors opened.

Long wait time, and wrong item!! I ordered it online so I didn't have to wait in line for my food. But when I went to store, they didn't even make my food yet. I have to wait extra time. When I went back to my office, and opened it up. They gave me the wrong salad sauce!!

Generally, the food here is great and the delivery time is quick. I just wish they would truly pay attanetion to the orders. I created my own pasta and requested grilled asparagus to be added, which costs $1.00 extra. I was charged for it, but it was not added to my meal, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, i am pleased with the food i have ordered from here.

Generally this is a good place to order breakfast or lunch from. Usually have decent delivery times. However, this morning I am not so happy with them. They sent me the wrong breakfast order. I called them and was told my correct order was going to be sent. When it arrived I opened up my bacon & egg breakfast sandwich there was NO bacon. I didnt want to waste more time so I left it alone but its kind of annoying that they got it wrong TWICE! So not too happy with them this morning.

They care about their customers. I ordered from them a couple times and really liked the sandwhiches. I had one bad experience and commented on seamless. To my disbelief they called me today dnd offered me lunch on the house. I will certainly be ordering again after such a great gesture.

They said they would deliver in 30-45 minutes and it took 75 minutes. Woman I spoke to on the phone when checking the order was unfriendly & unhelpful. Asked for light dressing on the salad and it was COATED with dressing. Wont order from them again.

for the SECOND time this place confirms the order then doesn't bring the food. Last time I had to call and remind them of the order and they couldnt find it for another 10 minutes. This time they arent even answering their phone!! Perfect!

i used to really like the California Turkey wrap but for the last 2 months, the lemon-herb mayo has been replaced with some kind of italian dressing type thing. anyways, it's NO LONGER very good.

ABSOULETLY HORRIBLE. THIS IS BASICALLY TOMATO SOUP THAT THE CALL LOBSTER BISQUE. THERE IS NO LOBSTER NO POTATO NOTHING BUT A THICK ORANGE GOOOOP
