Flavors (Whitehall Street)

Flavors Cafe is one of my downtown lunch favorites! Their prices are good, and the food is always excellent. I like the make-your-own pasta: with the great flavors and unlimited add-ins, you can't go wrong!

This is not my first time of ordering a lunch (Salad) at the Flavors Cafe. But, the quality of food this time is absolutely the worst. Did they just carelessly use some residual ingredients for customers who order food on-line since nobody would be able to watch them while they are making it?

I order from Flavors Cafe daily. The Service is good. Very Berry and Mocha Java Smoothies are great. Love the fresh turkey pita sandwich and the buffalo chicken wrap. NY cheesecake is good as well as the make your own salad and pasta.

The Grilled Chicken Funghi Pressini with truffle oil is amazing...easily one of my favorite hot sandwiches in the city!!! Made to order salads are also very good. I have never had delivery issues and delivery is always on time. The food is always hot (or cold, depending on what's ordered) upon delivery.

Never received my order. They claimed they delivered it. I had to call seamless to get my money back. I thought their food was pretty good, but it's not good enough that I want to deal with rude employees who pass the buck when it comes to problems.

This place is just all around amazing. The food is always excellent quality, fresh, and delicious. The variety is excellent-- I love that they have great options when i am trying to be health conscious but also when i feel like indulging. The bread that comes with the chicken pesto sandwich (one of my faves) is to die for. The service is fast, and the people who work there are always really nice. I've ordered from here many many times and i have never been disappointed. Prices are also very good. You can't go wrong here.

I wish I could give this place 0 star. The delivery estimate was 15-30mins, and I waited for more than an hour. When I called to check on the order, they put me on hold. Never ordering from them again.

Transports well. Sometimes I have to reheat, but that's ok. The quiche is good. Also, the order minimum is attractive.

Do NOT order more than 1 Tropicana juice from here. It doesn't matter what quantity your order, they will send you only one. they are sort of playing bullshit game with us; check what you got was what you ordered. I love their quickness, but its several times in a row, and I'm sick of it now

(This rating is solely based upon the service) The food is decent, but the service is terrible. They say the delivery time is 15-30 minutes, but it takes more than an hour for the food to arrive. If you're going to take an hour, at least indicate it as your estimated delivery time.

Do NOT order from this place! It took me over an hour to get my food, they switched my order, and they gave me a small soup instead of the medium one I ordered. My officemate ordered at same time as I did and her food took over an hour and half. Do not order from here if you want to eat on time.
