Forcella - Manhattan

The food was disappointing and so was the service. The rice balls are supposed to come with 4 items but they only delivered 2. When we called them to let them know they told us we must be wrong and that they had delivered the correct amount. The food itself was subpar. The pizza was so thin that you literally could pick up a slice without it falling apart like a wet paper plate. On top of it all, the pizza was small. I'm always open to trying a new restaurant and this was my first time ordering from Forcella but I will never order from them again.

Love the food - when the delivery is on time and the food is hot. However, be careful! They have the automated tip set to 21%!

I have ordered twice from here. First time was a 4, it was great, if not a little expensive, but the pizza came slightly messed up cheese was totally off one side. Second time I ordered delivery took an hour an 10 minutes, the sausage was disgusting (and $4!!) and the pizza came completely crumpled into one corner of the box. Delicious nutella pizza dough things but will not be ordering from here again.

This pizza is fantastic. But don't expect it to be some giant pizza for you to share with friends. Order a pizza per person, savor and enjoy every bite. I also love every single one of their appetizers. Their mozzarella is always so fresh and their soup when I've had it was the best white bean soup I've ever eaten. Go into eating here for the flavor, not for the quantity, and you'll be happy.

Ordered the calzone and a rice ball. The delivery was quick and the food was warm. The rice "ball" was about the size of a mozzarela stcik. It was fairly good, but the size was laughable. Not sure how selling them by the single order fits with a sit down italian place. Good, but size vs $ makes it a bad decision. The calzone was good, but a bit disappointing at $15. The cut of the salami was odd and didnt work well with the texture of the rest of the calzone. It was thick cut and rather chewy. It was also a bit salty for my taste. Decent quality, but I would rather spend $15 on 3 calzone from Two Boots. Need to bring a bit more to the table to compete with all the Italian places in this area. Dont quite understand the five star rating.

The pizza (Matedei) was pretty good and delivery was very fast (20 minutes). However, they only delivered one of the two cokes I paid for ($3 a pop, mind you) and when I mentioned it to the delivery guy he showed me a receipt which - incorrectly - claimed that I'd only ordered one... Sigh.

Gross pizza, the red sauce tastes like its can tomato sauce. Soggy tasteless pizza and a salad with no dressing. Not worth your money.
