Frank Restaurant

I've been a long time fan of Franks. However, tonight was a mess. I ordered $75 worth of food (an app, 2 pastas, a side and a salmon dish). It came 2 hours late. Both pasta dishes had eggplant in them even though they weren't supposed to and one had a hair. I called them but at this point I didn't want to risk waiting another 2 hours for new dishes. Such a bummer for such a nice restaurant.

I order from Frank probably a little to often for my health but I'm just in love with his menu! The specials are superb and always fresh. The sandwiches are delicious, I love the chicken parm and the meatballs and sausage. I only wish the spaghetti and meatball special happened on a more regular basis!!

To be clear here I am rating the food which I ordered via seemless that is allegedly Frank on 2nd Ave and 5th St. It is outright awful and should not be passed off as anything close to the Frank. If this food comes from the same kitchen I would shocked, and they should be ashamed. I think its a scam, go to Frank website, menu is different and they deliver on their own. If you pick up take out its is good, the stuff delivered to me was not suitable for a dog.

Frank is the best in the village. The delivery is slower than average places but is worth waiting.

Do yourself a favor and eat-in...delivery was over an hour beyond expected delivery, food was inedible, and dealing with the staff to remedy was frustrating to say the least. Required four follow-up calls of my own, and when they still didn't follow through I had to take up with my credit card company. My experience with the staff will keep me from ever eating at Frank's again (in-person or otherwise), when there is SO much competition for great Italian within blocks I don't have to...

I've never in my life posted a review anywhere. But I'm so outraged at the phone service I got from this restaurant I had to say something about it. They sent me something wrong in my order and when I called to have it exchanged the guy on the phone was so unbelievably rude, kept me on & off hold for 20 minutes, and then told me it was my fault. Will never order delivery from here again.

Have ordered a dozen times, each time it's been excellent. Delivery is always as expected per the confirmation. The chicken parm, and grilled cheese sandwich are really good. I go for the garlic and oil on the pasta side.

Wow, was not expecting this good. Tony's gnocchi was wonderfully soft, the spaghetti limone cooked perfectly - wonderful! And very very quick delivery too. A new fave.

Food is good but delivery is TOTALLY unreliable. Waited nearly 2 hrs when delivery time said 30 mins. Very disappointing, especially for frequent customers.

Took a too long for delivery. This would be forgivable for me if the food was good but it was mediocre. Buffalo mozzarella was decent but the Spaghetti Limone was just plain bad and was somehow the most liked item. I do not know how their place has 5 stars. I have had much better italian delivery food before.

I ordered from them couple of times and each time the food was delicious. Rigatoni alla Sorrentina and Rigatoni Siciliana had very rich sauce full of vegetables and melting mozzarella. Little pricey but worth it. One portion is very filling and it was enough for two.
