Fresco by Scotto on the Go

This was my first time placing an order with Fresco by Scotto on the Go, but it will most certainly be my last. I ordered a Meatball Sandwich and received a leftover dried out Lasagna sandwich, not very appetizing.

Food is very good if you ever get it. Fresco is always about an hour late. Even if you order for early delivery, they are still 1 - 1 1/2 hours late. Customer Service is rude and completely unapologetic about their unreliability and poor service. Unfortunately will only order from them as a last resort from now on.

The Panni sandwich always burn completely on both sides...I have to walk back to the shop to ask for a replacement because the lunch hours are so busy, they would not redeliver or wait for a long time. Never fails when I order it a few times. They're always busy and they don't pay attention to the quality of the food instead on the quantities they can push out. Very disappointed on Fresco.

Used to be wonderful (although the menu could have been updated). But, lately, I've been ordering much less because it's been going down hill. Today was the absolute last time. Meatball lasagne is burnt. i don't mean, browned, I mean to a crisp! Apparently, they've traded in their homemade sauce for Prego, and the "meatball" in the meatball lasagne is nothing more than a layer of NASTY ground beef (it used to be sliced meatballs). Just terrible!!!! They've just lost me.

Upscale Fresco is not. I can make box penne with jarlike sauce at home. My food had obviously been sitting around for a while - the top was dried out and below the pasta was just mush. So disappointing. There are MANY better options.

Fresco by Scotto is hand down the best Italian restaturant I've ordered from on seamless. Each dish is lovingly crafted from only the freshest of ingredients, and delivered promptly to ensure that the vegetables remain fresh and the bread crisp. The carrot cake is a sinfully delicious treat.

Good food - but takes forever and poor customer service on phone. Estimated delivery times have been 45-60 minutes but it has been taking 90-120 minutes...way too long for simple orders.

you should order the chicken milanese. it's really good. I ordered something else once, but I do not remember what it was. It must not have been as good as the chicken milanese. You should order that. Also, note that Aranciata is just a fancy way of saying orange seltzer. I have never tried it.

They are horrendous with their web orders. It took them an hour and a half to deliver after multiple calls, they finally said they would resend my order. When they called they were in the wrong building.

It took one hour and forty minutes to receive the order. I had to call three times and when I received the order it was incorrect. Absolutely unacceptable.
