Fresh and Co. (Seventh Avenue)

Although the food is fine and I will continue to order, I must warn customers that the wait is NOT "30-45 minutes". I have ordered 3 times and work right around the corner; it has never been less that 80 minutes.

Ordered from Fresh and Co and after 80 minutes of waiting, I finally called. The response was "oops, sorry about that" because apparently no one was ever sent out to deliver my order. Food was perfectly fine, but the wait was ridiculous!

I ordered a $20 salad. Of the salad's ingredients, they forgot half of them, including the dressing - yes, they forgot the dressing. On top of that, I'm only 4 streets away, but the order (soup and salad) took nearly an hour to arrive.

They delivered the wrong food twice! I ordered a HOT (grilled) sandwich and they sent me a pre-packed cold sandwich that took 45 mins each to deliver. When I explained to her that she sent the wrong order again she asked me "Well, what should I do about it," instead of apologizing and sending the right sandwich immediately. The woman on the phone was rude and apathetic to the situation.

The tomato soup was good but too salty. the steak house salad was mushy and tasted like puree, the croutons were saggy, as was everything in the dish, so much that I couldn't differentiate the ingredients. It was 18 bucks for a soup + salad, disappointing.

Ordered for a salad with dressing mixed in. No dressing. Ordered a tea with no milk, no sugar. Got a coffee with milk and sugar. About 80% of the salad was huge hunks of Romaine lettuce.
