I made this order last night at 9:26pm. Having not received it by 10:35 pm, I called the restaurant. They claimed that they had been calling my cell (which is not true) as they were unable to get in to my apartment building. When I asked why they did not just ring the buzzer, the man on the line gave to speaking unintelligibly. I eventually gave up when his tone became aggressive. A very confusing experience - needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.

I have lunch here all the time (salads & soups), and every time I go in, I've had a great experience. Their salads beat chop't, just salad, europa, etc. BUT delivery is a different story and I'm giving the 3 star review based on that. Each time they've gotten something wrong, forgetting the drink or chopping the salad even though I ask for it not to be chopped, etc. One time it took an hour and half even though the estimate was 30-45 minutes. Also, some of their ordering options force you to choose an option (such as protein on the omelet) so you have to pick one to add it to your cart but since they often miss the comments, this forces me to call to let them know I don't want the protein even though I chose it. Would be great if they would fix that. On a positive note, they are extremely friendly and professional if you call with any issues with your order, but nothing beats getting it right the first time.
