My food took forever to arrive and when it came, it was wrong three different ways. So why do they get four stars? 1) The manager was friendly and helpful and sent over the right food. I feel like at most places they just yell at you until you give up in frustration when they screw up your order. 2) The balsamic chicken was AMAZING. **Warning: I think the bistro plates actually come cold. They're not just cold because they took a while - mine had clearly been refrigerated. Still delicious.

Placed order for lunch, never showed up, never called to explain why, just made an adjustment on order to say they cancelled it - called to inquire, never bothered to answer phone...STAY AWAY

It's been an hour and a half now and I'm still waiting for my food. I called up after an hour and was told it would be another ten minutes. Won't be ordering from them again.

Great, if slightly inconsistent, “bistro lunch plates”. Note to deliverymen: make sure you hold the food containers level so the sauce doesn’t spill out!

I was really quite happy with my bistro lunch plate special. The neighborhood is a bit of a food desert and it was nice to have something that tasted homecooked, yet was filling.

The food quality is good, but my chicken caesar salad arrived with ranch dressing instead of caesar, yuck. My boyfriends sandwich also arrived with no dressing, just turkey and cheese. The veggies, meat and bread were good quality, but it didn't arrived as we had ordered.
