Gardenia Deli

I'm so annoyed that I wasted my money here. The food took and hour and a half to arrive and my order was incorrect!! Don't waste your time or money!

Absolutely horrible service. NEVER order delivery from here. The food is good if you pick it up in the deli, but delivery service fails every time. I ordered two sandwiches and when they were delivered, one was incorrect. After calling the restaurant to explain, the manager said to return the sandwich and they would send the correct one. I refused and said they should deliver the correct one and I would return the incorrect one to the delivery person. An HOUR later, no sandwich and the person who answered the phone said "sorry our deliver person left" but they would send it as soon as possible. An HOUR later and no sandwich, the manager was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me after saying he didn't remember the sandwich or recall the previous conversation. I then called Seamlessweb to complain and cancel the order. The seamless customer service was excellent (they spoke with the manager who assured them that they would call me personally to apologize, but NEVER heard from him).

Took over an hour to deliver a salad. The tiramisu tasted bad and it seemed old. Not ordering from here again.

NEVER AGAIN. The food is actually pretty good but it took nearly 2 hours to get here and I had to call twice, the first time I called (after an hour of waiting) they hadn't even made it yet and when I called a second time they claimed it had come back, unlikely considering I didn't leave the room. Once it got here I noticed there was no shrimp in my salad but there's no way I'm going to send it back and have to wait around another 2 hours.

Don't have the buffalo chicken anything - it is flavored with pretty much nothing but cheap hot sauce. awful.

I usually get take-out salads from here but I didn't have the time to run out today so I ordered online. Food was great and fast, only problem is they didn't read the comments I wrote at the bottom requesting extra veggies.

Gardenia Deli is awesome. Their staff is wonderful, their food is great, they are open 24/7. They have an excellent beer selection, great munchies and their breakfast is off the CHAIN.
