Gemini Diner

The Gemini Diner is the only diner in Murray Hill that actually knows how to cook eggs according to the requested order. For example, if I request eggs over medium, I expect them to be over medium, and the Gemini Diner always has this down! Food is always appropriate temperature when it arrives, etc. The one time they made a mistake on my side dish, they apologized and promptly sent over my choice of side dish. Also, the delivery person is always friendly, polite, and prompt. I heart you Gemini Diner!

We love Gemini Diner, which we've been going to for seven years, and which has improved a million time over during the past two years. The food is excellent, the portions very generous, the waiters very attentive, and the owners very gracious. It is a great neighborhood diner. We especially love the Greek antipasto, with grape leaves, spinach pie, and taramasalata. So few restaurants carry this any more, but Gemini does. Their burgers are terrific, and so are their milkshakes. Breakfast is always great.

fast delivery, delicious sandwich but inedible corned beef hash. DO NOT recommend ordering that but other than that very good diner.

This is my go to diner in the neighborhood (because the other one closed) and typically stick to burgers. Today tried to order some different things. I had the worst reuben sandwich. It was served open loaded with kraut and cheddar cheese (too much kraut and cheddar). The corn beef was chewy. My wife had the pizza bagel and it was served on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Stick to burgers.

So I used to order from here every day. They were always on time, professional and payed attention. But lately my food is not up to par. The last 3 times I've ordered, the food has either been salty, flavorless, or most recently, had hair in it. I am done with Gemini and the only reason they are receiving 2 stars instead of one is that they were my favorite breakfast spot near my job for several months.

LOVE this Diner! I order from here every Sunday after a night out, and its the perfect remedy to get my day going. They have the best food, and they deliver super quick easy. I highly recommend!

Never had an issue with their food, always decent, and delivery is generally fast (although I live 1 block away so that's not too impressive), but they seem to have a problem with having things in stock, and most important an HONESTY issue. On two occasions within two weeks of each other I ordered a side of Challah bread, on both occasions they called and said they were out of it, annoying but understandable. What pisses me off is that on both occasions they said we'll call seamless right away and remove the charge, on neither occasion did they do so. I don't care about the $7.50, and running out of bread I can understand, being lied to so they could keep the $3.25 really pisses me off. Goodbye Gemini I'll never order from you again.

I live across the street and order breakfast sandwiches from them every weekend. They have great coffee and french toast with bananas. Sometimes I crave the side order of challah bread. A pleasant surprise are their t bone steak and pasta dishes (eggplant parm and spaghetti bolognese). They are definitely more than just a typically diner. I love their strawberry milkshake, strawberry cheesecake but not a fan of their smoothies. Delivery is always quick !

Gemini is one of the better diners in Murray Hill. I have found the food to always taste fresh, be quick with delivery and have enough options to suit anyones appetite.

I love this diner, but more so when I actually eat at the restaurant and not when I have it delivered. Maybe it is because I order sweet potato fries, but I only live a couple of blocks away and by the time they get to me they are soggy and cold. The sandwiches are yummy and they will make just about anything you want, even if it is not on the menu. My roommate and I like to get grilled cheese and anything from their dessert menu when we're hungry late at night. They deliver very fast and are super friendly.
