My order never arrived! I called after 1 hour and was told my order was out for delivery! 20 minutes later when I called back I was told that they were having fax problems and claimed they never received my order (even though I got an email confirm). They never offered to make it right, they basically just said oh well sorry.No offer to take an order via phone, etc.! Having eaten here many times (I used to like the pizza and live in the neighborhood), I won't be returning, terrible customer service is inexcusable!

This restaurant is way over priced. I ordered the meatball plate entree and got 3 small meatballs with no sauce for $15. When I called the restaurant to speak to them, they didn't see anything wrong with charging $15 for 3 small meatballs and no sauce on top.

My husband and I ordered a $20 pizza which was the saltiest, smallest pizza with approximately 5 pieces of the desired topping. We were extremely dissappointed.

Ordered the mushroom pizza with added chicken. When they delivered it, the delivery guy had it tilted so all of the toppings had slid off into the corner of the box. Well, except for the chicken, because the chicken had never been on there in the first place. They handed it to me in a separate dish, and apparently I was supposed to put it on the pizza myself. That cost $23, mind you. They sent another pizza that was technically correct, but it was a salty, soggy mess. Never ordering from them again, and I'll never eat at the restaurant either. Too bad, the menu looked promising.

One of the best italian eateries in the UES -- great quality pizzas and main entrees. One of the few places in the UES that delivers where you don't have to sacrifice quality for the fact that they deliver. Delivery was relatively quick as well.

Seriously... we keep giving this place one more chance because the food is decent but the service is beyond TERRIBLE in the restaurant (both east side and west side locations). We saw the restaurant added Seamless Web and thought, how can service be bad if it's a just delivery? Well, they took way more time than promised and forgot half of our order.... good luck!!
