Go Burger

Is it possible? A restaurant that serves excellent food whether you dine in or have it delivered? A restaurant whose delivery men are prompt, polite, and extremely efficient? At Go Burger, all of this is not only possible; it is their incredible reality. This recent delivery exceeded our expectations which didn't surprise us in the least because every interaction we have with them be it on the phone, in person, or via Seamless.com is flawless. We spent New Year's Eve there for a couple of celebratory drinks and were given complimentary party hats and festive beads to wear. It was as if we were family. My boyfriend has a fervent obsession with their jalapeno poppers and my personal addiction are the spicy pork tacos. Service with a smile is a drastic understatement. Laurent Tourondel should be gloriously proud of the hard work and dedication of his staff at this, one of his many, excellent establishments. All in all, we are huge fans of Go Burger and delighted to use Seamless.com for years to come in order to get our "fix."

After a self-imposed salad diet, I wanted something delicious and naughty for my cheat day. Go Burger is a fantastic choice. The delivery minimum IS high, but to indulge every once in a while is SO worth it! The mac & cheeseburger is PHENOMENAL (I LOVE THE FRIED MAC & CHEESE PATTY! INGENIOUS!), and the fried pickles are delish, if a tad bit greasy. I only wish the Paprika Ranch dipping sauce had been a bit thicker, and that the napkins were more substantial. Other than that, I enjoyed my lunch IMMENSELY!!!

just had a horrible go burger experience. i had ordered from them a few times previously and had thought the food was good. tonight i ordered the sliders (which are usually quite tasty) and a caesar salad. the sliders were SO rare I literally couldn't eat them. I mean these things had barely been cooked at all, they were insanely raw. So I threw all 3 out. Then, the salad came without the caesar dressing... a caesar salad with no caesar dressing. I called go burger and told them about the dressing, and they sent over a cup of dressing per my request. Didn't mention the raw burgers, cuz I mean honestly what are they going to do about it. Refund my money? Not likely. Go burger isn't cheap.. For these prices they should be cooking their burgers so they're not purple and shouldn't forget the dressing. What a waste of $40.

Fantastic quality in their burgers, love the Ultimelt, and the FRIED PICKLES are the best I've ever tasted. You will love Go Burger it's a legit UES gourmet burger bar.

I called Go Burger after the food was late, and was assured it was minutes away -- 20 minutes later I called back to find out it was still in the kitchen 90 minutes after ordering, so I canceled.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food. I placed an order that was confirmed by Go Burger (I received the confirmation email) at 7:30pm this evening. By 8:30pm I called to find out where the food was. They said it went out. At 9:00pm I called again and they told me they had no record of it. So, I never ate the food. Was extremely annoyed that the first person lied to me (she should have just said she didn't know), and I ordered from another restaurant. Seamless web was great and refunded my money!

Very mediocre, overpriced burgers. Fries are the processed battered kind. Way too expensive for quality of food.

Fries were ok (sweet potato, skinny) but the burger was mashed up and messy. For $8 for a regular burger plus $1 for cheese, it was also pretty small. Disappointing.

Dependable and yummy every time! Those Pigs in a Blanket are divine. My mouth salivates everytime at the thought of biting into one of them. The Smashed Burger and Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich is also highly recommended.

Absolutely do not order from here. I ordered a dinner over an hour and half ago and called about an hour wait. They said it was on its way and took my address. Thirty minutes later - no order and no delivery. They said they do not know why it did not go out. This is the second time this has happened. The burgers end up arriving ice cold and staff does not know what they are doing.
