I ordered two different noodle soups, one with beef and one with shredded chicken. They were both very bland and without any spices or flavoring, just broth, some spinach and bean sprouts. The one plus was that the ingredients seemed fresh.

this place used to be good but as of late their attitude has gone down hill. I placed an order and asked instead of using chicken in my noodle dish that they substuiture with tofu (which is WAY cheaper than chicken). They wanted me to pay $2 extra to add the tofu instead of the chicken. When I asked why they would charge me $2 for a cheaper ingredient they said it was because it was a "special" order. When I asked how much it would be if I kept the noodle and added the tofu they said it was also an extra $2. I decided to just keep the chicken and when I received the order there was literally slivers of chicken in the entire dish. We used to order from here at least twice if not 3 times a week...NO MORE.

The food wasn't good enough to raise this rating based on the service. The estimated delivery time was 20-35 min...it took 80+ minutes to arrive. I called the restaurant to ask about my order and was told it was already on it's way, yet it took another 35 minutes to arrive. The General Tso's chicken comes in big thin pieces instead of chunks, even when asking for the white-meat only option. The boneless spareribs and the cold sesame noodles are decent. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE...AT ALL. I should've read the reviews and not base my decision solely on the 5-star rating...that baffles me...

I get this all the time for quick delivery. The food is OK. doesnt make you vomit. However i just have to say when you order "Capital Chicken" you expect something a bit more than chicken and vegetables, Or General Tso's.. INstead you get rotten chicken with a mushy mushroom. I mean can I have some flavor. It tastes like garlic sauce, brown sauce, oyster sauce, hot sauce, etc...and not for anything but it says red peppers, and it comes with green. I pay for the additional in the supermarket, so should they. Same old story with go noodle. Stale taste, stale review.

delivery took an hour and half vs. website which stated 30-50 minutes. "House Chow Fun Noodle Dish" apparently does not come with noodles.

Ordered a shrimp chow mein and I was perplexed when it came without noodles. Called up the restaurant and they said thats how chow mein is made. How is it chow mein if it doesnt come with noodles? On top of it they served it with a side of hair in my chow mein. Never again.

I <3 Go Noodle. The food is always hot and fresh, and delivery is ridiculously fast. Seriously, these guys take my order and have food at my door in less time than it takes me to walk up my stairs. My fave menu items: chicken with cashew nuts, beef and broccoli, wonton soup, pork fried rice. Least fave here: pork dumplings--I only ordered them here once, but they were super soggy.

I order different things from different Chinese restaurants and I go for any of the noodle dishes at Go Noodle. The only problem I have is that I have to meet the delivery guy downstairs in my building's messenger center. He calls from his cell phone saying he's there, but he's really just leaving the restaurant. So I waste a lot of time waiting around for him because HE doesn't want to be inconvenienced. I finally called the restaurant to report this and they actually acted like they could care less (the response was "yeah, yeah, yeah"). So while the food is 3 stars, the delivery service is NO stars.

Quite possibly the blandest food I have ever eaten. Had to re-cook the fried rice. No flavor other than the saffron in the yellow rice. There is a reason why yellow rice should not be used when making a fried rice. The wonton were cold and rubbery. Will never order from here again as we basically threw away the entire order. This place should not call itself an Asian restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER RESTAURANT!!If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered and in less than 10min. My food was delivered. That would be great, however how can you freshly cook food that quickly, I probably got a mis order. Then I opened the container, the portion was tiny and I payed extra for extra chicken. And there were no vegetables. What a complete joke. Then I called and spoke to them about my order, they yelled at me! Let me repeat that they had the gull to yell at me saying I didn't know what I was talking about. For $15 through Seamless, it is not worth the money. Then they said that the reason it is more expensive is just that, it's because I ordered through Seamless. With so many Asian restaurants here on the UES, I can't wait to spend my money on better food and service elsewhere! Can't wait to FB, Tweet, rate on menu pages.....etc
