Golden Crepes

Unfortunately, the poor quality of Golden Crepes' service has left a sour taste in my mouth. The first time that I ordered from this restaurant, the delivery took over an hour. I would like to add that I live within a 10-minute walking distance and that it was a beautiful day out. The second time that I ordered, it was raining. I left the default Seamless tip amount, but when I received my order, there was a note on the box. It stated "When it's super rainy, it would be nice if you gonna give more than $2 to all delivery guys. Your $2. Maybe you need them more. P.S. Delivery guy." Never have I ever seen such unprofessional behavior from any restaurant in New York City. When I called the restaurant, the "delivery guy" who wrote the note answered, and he proceeded to defend his actions in a condescending, belligerent manner. Suffice to say, I will not be ordering from Golden Crepes again.

The fresh fruit with cream and walnuts is AMAZING. Golden Crepes is right around the corner from where I live, so I've always gotten very speedy delivery (like 15 to 20 minutes on average.) So long as your food arrives fresh (which mine always has) I can't recommend their food highly enough.

Disappointing. Delivery packaging allowed crepe to become soggy and develop a rubbery texture. This would have definitely been great fresh from the crepe plate, but Golden Crepes needs to revisit the way they prepare their food for delivery. This was almost inedible.

Horrible and disgusting crepes that are soggy and smell so much like eggs. The delivery is really late, management is annoying. Our crepes were delivered in 90 minutes and they were wet and smelly. We called them back saying the crepes were inedible, it took 15 minutes to explain the situation and they wanted the wet crepes back if we wanted new ones. Absolutely the worst delivery experience I had in NYC!!!

Crepes arrived an hour and 45 minutes after ordering they were so soggy and barely edible. The juice was completely separated and tasted sour. I'm so disappointed because I've heard this place has yummy stuff. FALSE! Never again... sorry

I've ordered from here several times. Each time the wait is at least double what was listed. One time, I called after waiting an hour and a half and the had not even started preparing my order. Another time it took them an hour and a half and they brought me the wrong order. The crepes aren't bad, but the service is so terrible that I recommend looking elsewhere.

Ordered chocolate/fruit crepe, turkey panini and banana/berry smoothie. Everything was great. Read prior reviewer who complained that crepe wasn't hot enough. Mine was great and well packaged in a foil-pack to keep it warm. Of course, it's delivery...so the food isn't going to be piping hot as if dining at the restaurant. Delivery was timed within the window promised...and more friendly than standard. Very pleased with this seamless.com order. Will order again.

made an order estimated at 30-45 minutes. called after 1 hr and 15 minutes and they said they were "busy". called after another 15 minutes and still said "very busy". Its 11pm and i'm still waiting for my crepe. Very disappointed.

Crepes were too dry for my taste, but all ingredients were fresh and the crepes themselves are HUGE! The ice cream addition to my Nutella crepe came in a separate cup and hadn't even begun to melt. Fast service!

If I could give zero stars I would! I cannot believe this place actually functions in this city. Clueless staff. Impossible delivery. And just terrible customer service overall. Worst restaurant experience in a LONG time.
