goodburger (Maiden Lane)

I ordered a veggie burger at 9:14 pm. At 10:03 pm I called Goodburger and asked about my order. The manager got on the phone and said that all orders had been filled for the night and their deliveries had been finished. I said but I ordered at 9:14 pm and received a confirmation from seamless web. The rude manager did not apologize at all and just said that I should contact seamless web. Strangely, 6 minutes later there was a knock at my door and the goodburger delivery. Obviously they did receive my order and had forgotten about it. Never ordering from here again!

I ordered "classic burger" and "the goodburger salad" and "French Fries" Every items are very perfect!! Burgers and fries are very hot, salada is crispy. I'll be back definitelly

Quick delivery but brought me the wrong drink, it doesnt seem like a big deal but i HATE diet coke and that is what they gave me. Kind of ruined my experience, its not that hard to grab the correct soda

Have been waiting over an hour for our food, which was supposed to be delivered in 30-45 minutes. I called 10 minutes ago and was told that it would arrive any minute. Nothing yet. Last time I ordered the food arrived promptly. Who knows when we'll get it tonight.

Delivery guy called and said he was in the lobby. He wasn't. I waited almost 15 minutes. Then I find out they delivered the wrong food! Quickly re-delivered, order was perfect.

How can you mess up fast food? Fries were hard and cold, the chicken sandwich had no flavor and was topped with brown lettuce. I threw the entire order away after one bite. Don't waste your money here.

Burger was cold, fries soggy and cold, "homemade rootbeer" spilled half outside cup in bag and tasted of plastic. Took nearly an hour to make it the 4 blocks away. Mcdonalds is better quality then the over priced stuff here. I've ordered several times and this is always the case. Stick with other option in the area.

If I could have given this place negative stars, I would. Over an hour for delivery. Milk shake was melted and half of it spilled inside the bag. The burger and fries were cold. HORRIBLE!!!!

Great Food, Great shakes! Their fries would be AMAZING if only they were crispy instead of always being soggy!
