I ordered a cheeseburger and an iced tea. it came pretty quickly, but the cheeseburger had hardly any flavor and was put together so sloppily that there was a huge glob of "grilled" (which at goodburger means "slightly warm) red onions so basically i got an entire burger's worth of onions in my first bite. on the other side of the burger there were literally 5 slices of pickle all right on top of one another. I ordered mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise, and there was a TON of mayo, a little bit of mustard, and a i think there was teeny tiny bit of ketchup that i might have tasted in one bite of the burger. the iced tea was wrapped in a plastic bag, and had come open so that it was basically a plastic bag of iced tea with a cup thrown in. I didn't taste it. In the future I would rather order from Black Shack and wait 90 minutes for an amazing burger that is perfectly made.

I love goodburger - always timely with delivery, delicious food. I like that I can customize my order to include just what I want.

Food arrived, cold an hour after I ordered it (35 minutes more than their max estimate). Goodburger makes a fine burger, but it is probably better to eat it there.

PS: In addition to the my previous complaints, including multiple late deliveries, this place also has the nerve to include a $1 delivery fee!!! Nice work running what was a great business right into the ground.

Terrible delivery service, ordered over an hour ago. Called to check and found out that the delivery person had left 30min ago and hadn't made it to our location (he had multiple orders). I only live 4 blocks away! Eventually got our food but it's cold. I like the burgers here, but they really need to do something about their delivery (or get off seamless).

This is the worst service I've ever gotten. First of all, they took over an hour to deliver my food and when they got here, my food was extremely cold and soggy. This is the second time I order dinner from this restaurant and the same thing happens. If you are craving a burder, there are other options that are better tasting/faster/and customer friendly.

What happened to the delivery with this place!! Better off eating at the actual restaurant!! Their chicken sandwiches are amazing but when you get them delivered they're extremely overcooked, lettuce is old and soggy and half the time there's little to no cheese when requested. Only item worth getting delivered is the french fries! In the words of Chef Ramsay "WAKE UP!"

Horrible management of seamlessweb orders. First order for a burger took an hour, which is fine, but was incorrect. Instead of returning promptly (5 blocks away), it took another hour and the delivery driver still failed to deliver. Much better options in the area.

The food here never, ever arrives hot. The best you can hope for is kinda warm. It helps if you don't order a drink as that that way there's nothing in the bag to speed up the cooling process. But, still, the food's decent. That said, they're now green and the packaging is just awful, the fries actually smashed and pressed to the point that they stick to the bag, the burger loosly paper wrapped, with the fillings going all over the place. And they're not cheap. For the price, I'm Five Guys all the way now. A better product that arrives hot (at least in my experience)

the food arrived quickly and still warm, which is good, however, I paid $2.30 for a bottle of soda and received a large cup. If that's the restaurant's idea of a bottle they are mistaken, I don't drink fountain soda, therefore had I known that's what it was, I wouldn't have purchased it. Please be more clear on your menu, thank you.
