Gramercy Bagels (NY)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Food took FOREVER to arrive and I live 3 blocks away and by the time I got it, my coffee and bagel were cold and gummy. And when you call them, they basically say deal with seamless and take zero responsibility for their own business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Really bad spongy bagel. Asked for extra toasted, nope. Tastes stale... and its sunday morning. Ordered Iced coffee- Sent hot coffee. Don't waste your time.

This review specifically concerns EARLY MORNING orders. Gramercy Bagels accepts orders beginning at 6am, but doesn't open or start processing the orders until 7am. I made an order shortly after 6am and was advised of a 25-40 minute wait. At 7:05 i received a phone call saying they were out of nonfat scallion cream cheese. Annoying. I could have simply gotten dressed, head out the door and picked up some food on my way to work, but instead i am not waiting for this delivery and getting a late start to my monday.

I absolutely love Gramercy Bagels. The delivery is always quick and the food is delicious. Definitely in the running for the best bagels in the city.

Great coffee, arrives hot and not messy. Has the BEST egg sandwiches in gramercy area. Really terrific tasting bacon as well (cook it crispy). Yogurt is light and has a good amount of fruit and granola on it, would definitely recommend it was a snack. Timely delivery as well.

Good bagels, but they don't really bother to read what you order on seamlessweb. I ordered peanut butter on one bagel and butter on another and got both peanut butter and butter mixed together on one which was disgusting. Better to order over the phone.

I can't rate the food. I am rating the menu. I can't find where the bagels are on the Gramercy Bagel menu. Also, the Nova Scotia platter offering seems to include a smoked fish "salad" which isn't what I would want in a Nova platter. But I can't just order some salmon and a bagel, because I can't figure out how to order a bagel. Overall, the lack of clarity in the menu makes me not want to order because I have no idea if I'll get what I thought I'd get.

Took almost an hour-- the bacon was undercooked and coffee was watered-down. Used to be great place to order from, too bad!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES LIES WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE STAUTS "IT JUST WENT OUT, 5 MINUTES" WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED IT WAS ONLY HALF THE ORDER then the best lie was he said "the delivery guy forgot it" and I said I was nervous about it taking anohter hour for the rest of my order and the fact my omelet would then be cold, he then said "I just made your omelet 2 minutes ago" which was it? delivery guy forgot it or he just made it after delivery guy left? LIES they didnt even care. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM FOR DELIVERY
