Grandma Rose's

Grandma Rose's is the best pizza in Williamsburg. The pie is cooked perfectly, there's the right amount of sauce and the toppings are are top notch. Oh, and the people who work there are all incredibly kind and warm. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I don't rate 5 stars very often but Grandma Rose's gets them all from me. I have ordered everything from the apps to the entrees and have never been disappointed and oftentimes and pleasantly surprised at how something so simple can be so good. Their sauce is PERFECT. I love the fried ravioli and the grandma slice with black olives. They are fast and never mess your order up. They will call you if something is out or even if they don't have the color of gatorade that you wanted.

I was so excited when I heard the delivery guy knocking viciously on my door, even though it was kind of strange not to get a call or a buzz. I was less enthused when I got a BRISK instead of a SNAPPLE - aka a completely inadequate replacement. They have a ridiculously small drink selection - grape and orange fanta only for canned soda?? Then, I opened my pizza (I got a half margherita, half buffalo chicken) and there was no &@$&! basil on the margherita half (although that was IN the description) and the pizza was soggy! I will say that the crust is nice and fluffy and the chicken is quite good - however the buffalo chicken pizza is also really hot, like really hot. If I didn't ask for a blue cheese side, I would have cried. No more grandma's for me.

This place is amazing. Beyond delicious, a great value for how much food you get, and all the delivery people are so nice! It's absurd. They all, every single one, have wished me a great meal. That might sound normal or even unimportant to you, but I think it's very sweet. Also, this is seriously the best pizza I've ever had. Not kidding. GET THE GRANDMA SLICE!

Simple classic food. Great portion size for price. I don't understand why there is a rating of $$$. The buffalo pie, the grandma's pie, and the meatball sub are my favorites. I eat here once a week.

the burgers are honestly one of the best I've had in the NYC area. I mean this is a complete surprise, the beef seems like it was chopped in house, the bun is soft, the meat is done to order, very tasty, 100% good. And I am a burger guy. Unfortunately, if you fail the fries: you fail. Fries were under done, soft and limp. Almost, grandma. Almost.

Eggplant balls are amazing. I eat them alone, in a hero, and on pizza. Call ahead to make sure they aren't out. I've never had an issue with delivery.

GR's is the ONLY place we order pizza from!!! Amazing pizza and excellent customer service! The eggplant balls and spinach egg drop soup are also fantastic!!

Horrible delivery person. Rude and rings the doorbell like a damn crazy person. I order from here because it's cheap and quick but I guess you pay for what you get.
