horrible - after an hour and a half i called to check on the delivery and they said that they had cooked the pastas but had not started the pizza. so i would have gotten cold pasta with my pizza 2 hours after i ordered. i cancelled. save yourself the frustration!

It's been over 70 minutes and we just called to see where our pizza. They haven't even put in the oven! Will not order again. Their pizza isn't worth an hour and half wait.

Awesome. Just got a heart-shaped pizza from them. So cool of them to accommodate the request. The pizza was pretty excellent, too. They will definitely be getting my repeat business.

Graziella's is excellent. Their food is always delicious. If you eat-in (instead of delivery), the waitstaff is friendly and welcoming. Watch out for ordering on weekend nights, as service can be really slow.

Really delicious pizza if a little cold when delivered, but I'd definitely order from here again! UPDATE: Have now ordered pasta from here. The gnocchi was supposed to have Gorgonzola sauce but I swear it's just plain cream. It was also over an hour delivery time. Very disappointed - stick to the pizza. UPDATE: Yet another excellent pizza, and this one gluten-free! Best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. So the verdict stands: awesome pizza, not so great pasta!

As with many restaurants in this area, Graziella is great at times and poor at times, which, given their prices is not okay. I also don't understand why all the pizza joints here offer only a few limp leaves of basil instead of sprinkling strips of basil on the pizza in its entirety. Otherwise, on the good nights, pizza is thin and tasty with a nice charred crust. Their lasagna and penne vodka are both very good: pasta is usually al dente, and both dishes are very flavorful. Their spaghetti with meatballs and sausage is meh... better options available. On bad nights everything I order is either bland or overly salty. The one thing they're consistent about is their overly long delivery times, and their garlic bread which is great - garlicy, just enough oil, scattered spots of melted cheese, crisp crust and chewy insides. 4/29/11 EDIT: dropping a star b/c their delivery just plain sucks and they don't pay attention to orders (most recent order: forgot an item, delivery took 1.5 hours, messed up the pizza topping). 3/10/12 UPDATE: raised a star as it seems they're making efforts to deliver within an hour (keep in mind that I literally live 1.5 blocks away) and revamp their menu...

Out of all the brick oven pizza places nearby, this is my favorite. I can only review their pizza so far, and it's the bee's knees. They use good judgement when putting toppings on and good ingredients. This has never been a disappointment.

Pizza arrived in the expected amount of time (1 hour), but unfortunately, that's the only good thing we can say. The pizza was burnt on top and raw on the bottom. And the pizza arrived cold. Definitely not worth the $27 we spent on it! Will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible customer service. Soggy pizza, bland and flavourless Penne vodka. My order of Pizza and one pasta dish was 50 dollars. No joke, waited 1:45 minutes for it as well. Will never order again.
