Do not get the pita and hummus, they give you one piece of pita and the hummus is tasteless; the baked potato with veggie chili and cheese is GREAT!

Decidedly okay. Actually the hummus was pretty bad, and the pita was dry and cold. The quiche was, again, okay. But not great. Not even particularly good...

Service is not great. They have a bad delivery and customer service. By mistake they delivered my order to somebody else; and do not apologized, replaced or compensated the order.

The food is always really good here- salad was fresh and the vegetables were crisp. I think the tuna scoop is a couple bucks too expensive, and the health bread wasn't anything that struck me as "special," but it was fine. Probably wouldn't order it again as a side.

This is a very tasty - the portobellos are marinated (I think) in a great sauce. The wraps all come with a small house salad. The soup add-on for a mere $2 is great. There are usually 5 soups to choose from. My only wish is that the restaurant posted the soups of the day on the website or on SeamlessWeb.

Fast quick delivery! The Black Bean Soup was amazing and the Health Bread Outstanding. I enjoyed the Salad with the Creamy Feta Garlic Dressing, could have had a bit more garlic but still very good. I had the Salmon sandwich and while it was good, the flavor did not pop. Great idea but needs something to make it a bit bolder. All in all, I enjoyed the Great American.

While I do like the food here, the delivery men are often surly and unpleasant. They call my phone 5 times within 4 minutes. The elevator only moves so fast...

I ordered a spinach burger. It took FOREVER to show up. Well past their estimated delivery time. And I'm not far from them at all. But the burger itself... well, it was the size of a huge half-pound burger and quite good. So the food gets a thumbs up, the delivery a thumbs down, and overall an average rating.

Ordering from this establishment will NEVER happen again. Upon ordering with them, their food looks extremely delicious by the menu. However, the food was extremely late getting here. The delivery guy must have been on every road except for mine. On top of them, instead of finding my road, proceeding to go to every doorman known to man around me didn't solve his problem. When the food did arrive, it was EXTREMELY Cold. So much for a nice hot pizza. =\ Upon speaking with the restaurant about seeking a refund, there was no way they would work with me or even the Seamless representative. The reason for the cold food they provided me was due to weather. This is the only place I guess that doesn't know how to keep their food warm upon delivering. Beware ordering from this place at busy times. It may taste better if you order during the summer months. :)

I love the food! The salads are fresh and soups are home made and delicious. Unfortunately, their delivery service needs work. Orders are often incorrect or missing items. Today they forgot a soup from my order and it took 75 minutes for them to send it to me after waiting 45 minutes for my what was the first half of my lunch to arrive! I had to nuke it to warm it up and it was still delicious. This is what bugs me. I would love to order more regularly from them, but because I'm not sure how long i will be waiting and if the order will even be correct, I have cut back. It's sad too because as you can see, I really do like the food.

Food is decent but TERRIBLE service. Promises delivery in 15-30 mn, it's been 1 hour and waiting... Called twice already, the food still hasn't left the restaurant, and the person on the phone is rude.

Food is ok, but lately the orders have been taking over an hour to arrive, despite emails claiming 30-45 minutes. When I called to ask on my order, the guy was extremely rude, and just hung up. Be ware. Food is 3/5 at best. The food arrived 1hour and 15 minutes. ugh
