i love the salad but they are VERY unpredictable with their delviery time. I order frequesntly but it usually always takes more than 30 mintes. I just ordered and it has been over an hour and a half and i am STILL waiting. Have called twice and still has not arrived. The unreliability is not worth me being a loyal customer anymore.

Always fast, always fresh and always kindly allows modifications to sandwiches (ex: my boss prefers chicken cutlet BLT instead of a turkey BLT .. i just write the special instructions and they are kind enough to make the changes).

Always on time whether for pickup or delivery. Had 1 guy with an attitude once so I wish I could make this 9 out of 10 but 4 out of 5 (8 of 10) is too harsh since they handled the situation professionally. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
