Fast delivery and overall good food . The pitas are by far the best in the industry although they're more costly than those of competitors.

They mess up my order EVERY time. Management denies that the order was delivered incorrectly, even hung up on me. Will not go back.

Food is reasonably fresh and tasty. Falafels were excellent. However, I had some issues with service: (1) I ordered baba ghanoush as a side, and it was not delivered with the order, (2) my added falafels were placed in the salad bowl, causing the spinach to arrive warm, (3) the spinach salad did not have any goat cheese in it. On the plus side, I called in the babaghanoush, and it arrived only a few minutes later -- unfortunately, I didn't notice the feta until after calling in, so I didn't bother having that addressed.
