I've ordered from Grotto too many times to count because of their gluten free pasta option. Tonight, although it was still on their menu, they called to tell me they no longer have gluten free pasta. This place is not the best Italian in the city, by a long shot. It's decent. That's all. And now that they don't have gluten free pasta, I have no reason to order from them.

I just ordered from Grotto, my food came in 15 minutes, and the food was pretty good! They threw in two garlic breads which was delicious... I can still taste it in my mouth... haha, I will definitely order from them again!

We ordered 17 different pies for a last-minute event we had to throw. The pizzas were amazing (especially the buffalo chicken) and the food came at exactly the time we asked it to. I would highly recommend using Grotto's!

Pickup order was good. Pizza was fresh and tasted good. Fried calamari was warm and good, too. Service was very good (i.e. person from Grotto's who I spoke to on the phone b/c she called me to confirm the order details and check on special instructions for one of the ordered items was pleasant and polite and just as nice and pleasant when I went to pick up my order). Glad we ordered from here and look forward to ordering from here again.

great food, great prices, great delivery. haven't had a bad experience yet and I've ordered from here at least a dozen times. the grotto special pizza is AWESOME. the first time I ordered it I laughed at how huge it was. best deal in the neighborhood by far!

Grotto's individual pizzas are my favourite in the area because of their huge pepperonis and really flavorful meatballs. We never order without tacking on a bag of their zeppoles, which are crunchy on the outside and doughy on the inside–so good!

Arguably the best slice of pizza in NYC and definitely the best downtown, Grotto's service and quality cannot be matched. Whether you're looking for a plain pie or something with a little more flare (I recommend the Bacon Jalapeno!) Grotto's pizza never fails to impress! It gets better- their buffalo wings are delicious, the pepperoni and cheese roll is rich/hearty and their salads are fresh and filling! Best of all-they make amazing cookies that arrive warm and covered in powdered sugar! The service is incredible, everyone is super friendly and the food always arrives hot and on time! If you live/work downtown and are looking of an unbelievable piece of pizza, look no further than grottos!

Grotto is a great place for delivery. Everything always comes fast, hot, and fresh. I recomend the Italian Stromboli, Eggplant Rolletini, and Stuffed Shells.
