DO NOT ORDER FROM GUSTORGANICS. If you want the food, go to the restaurant. The entire experience will be faster. I placed the order at 5:52pm. The site said an hour. It's now 7:52pm (and counting--TWO SOLID HOURS), and I still have not received my order... I called to cancel, and they said they couldn't do anything about it, because the food was already on route. It would have taken less time to go to the grocery store, find a recipe for vegetable pizza, and make it myself.

I have eaten at gustorganics many times before and have been very pleased with there food so when I saw them on seamless I was very happy. The experience I had was not good. It was on the site as estimated 15-30 minutes, which is another reason I chose them because it was already late, and didn't want to wait too long for dinner. I had to call 50minutes after the order was placed, and the person who answered said "it's on its way" and hung up. Thats it, no goodbye, sorry for the delay, just hung up. The food arrived at 9pm and my order was placed at 8:02pm. I am sure I would of enjoyed the protein salad if it was delivered in time, but the steak was literally cold and left the salad soaking wet. I actually threw it away. I honestly think the reason it happened is because they are not set up for delivery, but none the less, it was a bad experience. I prob will go back to the restaurant again because I generally like there food and approach, but I don't think I will ever use seamless to order delivery from gustorganics again

This place used to be my favorite, and I ordered from them every week. However, they have now severely cut their portion sizes, and changed much of their menu.

AWFUL. I ordered a FUTURE order, so that lunch would be at my office AFTER I got out of a meeting. Instead, they delivered over an HOUR early, and I had to step out to pick it up from security, and then I couldn't eat it immediately. Risotto does not reheat well, and yours is AWFUL when it is reheated, especially when the condensation makes the little cardboard box disintegrate. Risotto does NOT go well with cardboard. Next time, Risotteria.

the seem to be adding a "delivery fee" by making the minimum tip over $6 for any order. on top of that the $9 gelato was the size of a shot glass! ...this place is obscenely overpriced given the quality of the food and the portion size... i will NEVER order from them again. very disappointed

Food delivery does take 75 Minutes + for even very simple dishes. Plan ahead of you are going to order from this place.

Not sure where to give this feedback. I know it isn't appropriate in reviews, but not sure where to put it. So, to be fair - I gave this an average rating. I really want to try this place, but won't after the reviews that overwhelmingly say that they are either late on every order or get the order wrong. Seamless - do you monitor this and remove restaurants that under-perform/don't meet your standards?

Waited 1 hr for delivery, called them said they missed my order asked how long it would take i was told 45 min (i live 2 blocks from restaurant) no apology, no food, i cancelled the order.

THEY ARE THE WORST!! They ALWAYS mess up my delivery. I don't know why I even attempted another order - this time they delivered to the wrong address - totally wrong neighborhood even. and were SO RUDE when I called. Wasn't my fault at all. Didn't offer to comp meal, or give any effort to make up for it. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR FOOD!

Order took 2 hours to arrive however no discount or even apology was granted when I called for the second time to see where my food may have been. It was cold and soggy. Flavor was non-existent. Avoid.

Place used to be good for delivery. Never will order it again. Most recent order took them 1 hour 40 minutes and was freezing cold.
