As far as office worker lunch goes, Guy & Gallard is a decent choice. They offer a wide variety of options including the custom salad, sandwiches, etc.. I would steer clear of the Chicken Parmesean Panini because the bread is the bs flat bread that delis try to pass off as panini bread, complete with faint grill marks. Even worse was what was inside - shredded chicken, a hint of a pink sauce, weird cheese. It was so awful that I complained to Seamless Web and they spoke to the manager who told me he would replace it. The replacement panini wasn't that much better so I think I just need to stick with traditional sandwiches in the future. That said, I was impressed by the manager's willingness to replace the sandwich. I also like their coffee, pastries, etc., they have a big variety, and it's very convenient to my office for pickup or delivery.

Food took way longer than the "suggested time" and when it came- was not hot. Also- the restaurant overcharged me for the soup and salad combo.

Food was decent once it FINALLY arrived. I ordered a sandwich and soda from this place, primarily because it had no order minimum, and a 15-30 minute delivery time. I went about my work, and actually forgot about it, until an hour later when my stomach growled and I realized my food still hadn't arrived. I called the restaurant and inquired as to the status of my food. They said the delivery guy had called them 5 minutes ago because he couldn't find the building. (what delivery guy gets lost in Manhattan?!?!) An hour and 45 minutes after I ordered, food finallllllly arrived without so much as an apology. Even if I take off the 5 minutes that the delivery guy was wandering up and down my street looking for my door, but what had been going on for the remaining hour and 40 minutes that caused my food to be 45-60 minutes late?

I have ordered from here twice and both times I was unhappy. First time I ordered chicken which when it showed up was cold and dry. Second time I ordered I ordered what I assumed was standard eggs florintine. (Poached eggs over spinach). Instead I got an omelet with spinach inside with fetta on top. Yes it was my fault for not reading the description I assumed eggs Florentine to be universally the same at any establishment that makes breakfast.

Delivery took an hour and a half when the stated estimate was 30-55 minutes, and when the order eventually got here the $8 salad was so drowned in dressing it was almost inedible. For $8, it's also pretty small. Wouldn't order from here again.

I LOVE their breakfast burritos, but they screwed it up the new way they ordered the seamless menu so it costs $9.20 when they meant $4.95. They also used to have an amazing deal on oatmeal that was also gone. It seems whenever people realize they're offering something delicious for a low price they take it away.

Oops! G&G got another order wrong. The staff here is always very apologetic and quick with the replacement. I just wish they would read the order more carefully since the egpplant panini I ordered would have taken 10 minutes vs the eggplant parmesan entree which took an hour.

Screwed up order. I ordered a 3 egg omelet with a poppy bagel on the side and I got a poppy bagel sandwich with the "omelet" in the middle. The store agreed that they made a mistake but insisted that they put 3 eggs in the omelet that went in the sandwich. If that is true, please note that they must use quail eggs for their dishes. All that said, the sandwich was good even though it wasn't what I ordered and my wife's egg, bacon and potato wrap was good, too. Ordered was promised in 15-30 minutes; actually arrived 40 minutes after the order was placed. Summary - food good, service slower than promised and inattentive to detail.

The food was delicious and warm! They delivered my order on time despite the long distance and the difficult roads due to the snow blizzard.

Ordered the small butternut squash soup and a 12oz hazelnut coffee. For the price this was an excellent light lunch. It came quick and everything was packaged nicely for transportation (wrapped tightly in plastic to keep spills contained). I will order coffee from here again as it's some of the best I've had in New York.

Order took almost an hour to deliver, this was supposed to be breakfast not lunch. On top of that, it was incorrect. Spinach and mushrooms were missing from the omelet. Peppers were in the omelet which I did not order. This is the 3rd time my order has been incorrect. Very unhappy w/the service.
