Worst ordering experience in my life. Just ordered from them at 8am, and called me back to say they don't have anything on the menu ready until 11am. Then why put them on the menu??? Order at your own risk!!! I told the manager to cancel my order and he refused to refund me saying to wait until 11am. Why is this restaurant still in business???

I order the lunch and it is supposed to be delivered at 12:00pm. However, I didn't get it until 2:00pm. So hungry...

I order here everyday and it typically takes 50 minutes before your food arrives. I got fed up with them because my food came more than an hour after placing an order. Good food, horrible service. Won't order from them again.

Hmmm, does 3 strips of bacon count as a side order? And why should it take 50 minutes for a delivery that is 3 blocks away? I ordered pasta, which takes 15 minutes tops to make!! At least it was tasty...

ordered daily special chicken marsala with cous cous; got rice instead. chicken was dry and not tender, marsala sauce flavorless, canned mushrooms. order took 45 min; very disappointed; will not order again.

Won't order from here again - 4 of the 6 times I have ordered from here, they: 1. left out items, 2. substituted in cheaper items without asking and charged the higher price, 3. took over an hour to deliver when dlvy time said 15-30 min, and took another hour to deliver the items left out in the first delivery!

The service was atrocious. I placed a large order for a business meeting and they forgot some of the items. I had to argue with them to bring it to us and then they only brought 2/3rds of the foodstuffs and refused to bring the remainder. I will never give them business again.

Order my salad without cheese then it came with cheese all over it. If they have pre-made salads they should specify that on the menu. Put half of it in the garbage just to get it out

Missing coconut rice from the order. Called them, 20 minutes later I got the rice, but ordinary rice, not coconut rice.

The order time was stated as 15-30 minutes and took over an hour. I called the restaurant twice after the 30 minute mark in order to get the delivery. Once I got the food it was below average. I'd skip this place.
