Similar to other posters, the food is great but the delivery service is always very very late - by at least 45 minutes. Come on guys... be more realistic in your delivery estimates.

This is quite possibly the most over-priced eatery from which anyone could ever order. The sizes of the sandwiches/wraps are absolutely tiny, although they do have a decent taste. If you order any of their soups with any meat, you most likely will be disappointed with the amount of meat given, unless the meat is really cheap, like hamburg. However, if you order something with crab or shrimp in it, expect to have a lot of broth and filler with a very small amount of substance. Avoid. Avoid Avoid.

Taking forever to get my food! I work down the street from Hale and Hearty and I still have not received my food. It's now been well over an hour. I even called and asked 15 minutes ago to see if the order was received.

The food is good, but...the delivery time is RIDICULOUS. It took 2 hours for my delivery. That is unheard of in NYC. Plus, the soup is pre-made - they just had to put it in the cups and wrap it up for delivery. Unacceptable delivery time - will not use them again.
