Hale and Hearty takes WAY too long to deliver food - I ordered at 11:39 and got my soup at 1:15 AND it was the WRONG kind! Will not be using them again.

A good selection of soups, but delivery is SLOW. I ordered lunch at 11 am and it's not due to arrive until 75 minutes later. Come on, hire some more delivery people if you have that much lunch business.

Took two hours to get my food. My chili is luke warm and very salty. Oh - and there's rice in the bottom - I like that but wish I knew (add that to the menu description please). Despite the 5 star reviews from other people, my first experience ordering with Hale & Hearty is very disappointing.

EDIT: Just spoke to the branch, and the girl was very nice. She sent over another bag of food, which was well-packed and warm, and refunded the order. Original Review: Our order arrived COLD, the soup had exploded all over the sandwiches, and when we opened the sandwiches, THEY WERE JUST MAYO & SHREDDED LETTUCE! Never seen anything like this, and I've been ordering takeout all my life. These guys win the award for WORST takeout in NYC.

butternut squash soup was very tasty. May be made with apples. For this type of soup medium size is fine, all other types it would be very small. half sandwich of Mozzarella tomatoes and and basil, tasty but too small. oatmeal cookies, two to an order, fresh and soft.

I suppose by now everyone knows H&H's soups are delicious, so what's more to say? The soups are delicious. My favorite is black lentils with smoked turkey. The chocolate chip cookies are just the right amount of undercooked.

very fast delivery, always a great fallback when not sure what to eat. Soups are tasty and always a great veggie option. Sandwiches are introduced monthly which equals great new options to try out.

Their delivery totally sucks in addition to the customer service you receive when inquiring about your order. Even though I like the soups I'll never order from there again after being put on hold for 12 mins just to be told my order had all ready left which I don't even believe..
